SEVEN THINGS YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR SPOUSE DAILY

When it comes to giving, many married people are generous to everybody except their spouses. There are seven things you should give your spouse daily – not weekly, monthly or annually. They are things you must give your spouse daily. Let’s see them:

1. Give Your Spouse A TOUCH

One of the ways to bond with your spouse is to give him or her a touch. We have encouragement touch, affirmation touch, healing touch, apology touch, and we have sexual touch. Study your partner and know what touch to give at a particular time.

If you want God to touch your marriage, touch your spouse. Don’t let today go without you touching your spouse!

2. Give Your Spouse SPACE

As much as you need to bond with your spouse and be together for daily intimacy, communication, affection, planning, etc., you still need to give your spouse his or her space. There is time for couples’ prayers, time for couples’ bonding. Also there is time for personal prayer, personal meditation, personal rest, personal planning, etc.

Don’t choke your spouse. Don’t be over-possessive and over-demanding to your spouse. Stop unnecessary policing and monitoring. Give your spouse the space they need when they need it.

3. Give Your Spouse A CALL/CHAT

Some people can chat with all the contacts on their phone and all the people on their Face book friends list but they will never chat with or call their spouse all through the day.

Chatting with or calling your spouse in a day at work is a way of saying, “Dear, despite my busy schedule, I have you in mind. I am thinking about you.”

Make sure you send a chat, or give a call, to your spouse today. Make it a habit; it is beneficial to both of you. Nobody can be tired of receiving a caring chat or a call from someone they love.

4. Give Your Spouse A HUG

Hugging is fast disappearing in many marriages today. Research has proved that hugging is one of the emotional needs of every human being. It is the scarcity of spousal hugs that makes many men indiscriminately hug ladies who are not their wives. Many women too crave for hugs and unwittingly allow every Tom and Jerry to hug them because their husbands are not giving them hugs.

Hugs can be given in the morning, or at night, but let no day pass without you hugging your spouse. It is one valuable thing you must give your spouse. It could be a welcoming hug, a goodbye hug, an appreciating hug, or an affirmative hug.

Hugging is a non-verbal means of communication. Use it well. Don’t let your husband or wife crave for a hug from strangers when you are still alive. Hug passionately! Hug romantically.

5. Give Your Spouse A SMILE

God smiles on a home when couples smile at each other. A smile is a way of telling your spouse, “You delight me,” “Your presence amuses me,” “I am pleased with you.”

Frowning at your spouse is not a thing that should last a whole day. One of the ways to know your marriage is SMELLING is when you are not SMILING with each other. Smile. It is one of the best gifts you can give your spouse in a day.

I don’t like people who are not generous with their smiles. It is free. You don’t need to pay to smile. Just relax your muscles and smile. Couples, please smile! Keep smiling! To prevent your marriage from smelling, keep smiling with your spouse!!!

6. Give Your Spouse PEACE OF MIND

The home is the endpoint of everything we do daily. If you are a doctor, you can’t sleep in the hospital all the days of your life. You will need to come home. If you are an engineer, you can’t sleep in the site everyday. If you are a lawyer, you can’t sleep in the court everyday. Even as a pastor, you can’t be in the church 24/7. We all must go back home.

Home is the endpoint. Therefore, if your spouse will be excited to come home, it must be a peaceful home. Stop nagging, stop fighting, Stop insulting, stop abusing, stop threatening, and stop humiliating your spouse. Give him/her rest of mind. Give your wife rest of mind.

Be the head of your wife sir, not the headache of your wife. Madam, be a wife to your husband, not a ‘knife’. Blessed are the couples who give each other peace of mind daily!

7. Give Your Spouse A PRAYER

No matter how wealthy or highly connected you are, there are things you cannot do for your spouse. You are limited. One of the ways to show love to your spouse is to commit him/her to the unlimited God. Say a word of prayer for your spouse daily.

Every other thing may fail and may not work, but no force can withstand the power of prayer. You can’t heal your spouse, only God can heal him/her. You can’t lengthen the days of your spouse. Only God can do that. You can’t save your spouse. You can’t take away addiction and evil habits from your spouse , only God can do that for him/her..

1. I command all demonic hindrances to my prosperity to be totally paralysed, in the
name of Jesus.
2. Let every demonic bank keeping my finances be destroyed and release my finances, in
the name of Jesus.
3. I bind every strongman holding my finances captive, in Jesus' name.
4. I possess all my possessions, in the name of Jesus.
5. I break and loose myself from every curse of financial bondage and poverty, in the
name of Jesus.
6. I release myself from every conscious and unconscious covenant with the spirit of
poverty, in the name of Jesus.
7. Let God arise and let every enemy of my financial breakthrough be scattered,. in the
name of Jesus.
8. O Lord, restore all my wasted years and efforts and convert them to blessings, in the
name of Jesus.
9. Let the spirit of favour be upon me everywhere I go concerning my finances, in the
name of Jesus.
10. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus, to send ministering spirits to bring in prosperity
and funds into my finances.

11. Let men bless me anywhere I go, in the name of Jesus.
12. I release my finances from the clutches of financial hunger, in the name of Jesus.
13. I loose angels, in the mighty name of Jesus, to go and create favour for my finances.
14. Let all financial hindrances be removed, in the name of Jesus.
15. I remove my name and those of my customers from the book of financial bankruptcy, in
the name of Jesus.
16. Holy Spirit, be my senior partner in my finances.
17. Every good thing presently eluding my finances should flow into it, in the mighty name
of Jesus.
18. I reject every spirit of financial embarrassment, in Jesus' name.
19. Father, block every space causing unprofitable leakage to my finances, in the mighty
name of Jesus.
20. Let my finances become too hot to handle for dupes and demonic customers, in the
name of Jesus.
21. Let spiritual magnetic power that attracts and keeps wealth be deposited in my
finances, in the name of Jesus.

22. I release my finances from the influences, control and domination of household
wickedness, in the name of Jesus.
23. Let all satanic angels deflecting blessings away from me be completely paralyzed, in
the name of Jesus.
24. Let the evil effect of any strange money I have received or touched be neutralised, in
the name of Jesus.
25. O Lord, teach me the divine secret of prosperity.
26. Let the joy of the enemy over my financial life be converted to sorrow, in the name of
Jesus.
27. Let all my blessings held captive locally or overseas be released to me, in the name of
Jesus.
28. I bind every anti-breakthrough, anti-miracle, and anti-prosperity forces, in the name of
Jesus.
29. Let my finances be too hot for any evil power to sit upon, in the name of Jesus.
30. O Lord, quicken my spirit to evolve money-yielding ideas.
31. Let every spirit of debt and financial blockage be rendered impotent for my sake, in the
name of Jesus.
32. O Lord, bring honey out of the rock for me and let me find the way where men say
there is no way.

Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses (Acts 13:38-39)

What we just read brings to mind what the Bible says in Romans 3:24, that we've been justified freely by grace through the redemption that's in Jesus Christ. Through Jesus Christ we've received remission of sins, the complete removal of sins, and by Him we've been justified from all things, from which we couldn't be justified by the Law of Moses.

That means we've been declared acquitted, free from all charges and accusations. Blessed be God! Jesus made it so. He took your place so that you might take His place. Taking your place in Christ is what Christianity is about. Take what He gave up for you; take the place He has given you your new place in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says, "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

Take your place of righteousness and express the will and nature of the Father. 2 Corinthians 8:9 says, "For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich." This is your new place the place of wealth and abundance.

Also, read Ephesians 2:4-5 and see your place: "But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)." You've been raised up together and made to sit together in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. This signifies a place of authority; you're recognized in the heavenly realm as a man or woman of dominion. Blessed be God!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank You for the place You've given me in Christ-a place of glory, dominion, wealth, abundance and power. I walk in the consciousness of this reality, expressing Your will, nature and purpose as I reign and rule in life, exercising authority over circumstances, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
