Something very devilish started happening when I got back from the hospital I would see things or hear something that reminded me of my stay Or even if my mind just flashed back to being in that place for so long and this wave of a feeling I can’t quite describe would just come over me My mind started playing tricks on me Was this PTSD? Post partum depression??? It was a mix of fear, sadness and pain It wasn’t nice at all This kept going on and on One day I just voiced it out to my husband I told him “babe do you know that when I think back on my hospital stay, this feeling comes that is so scary” He said “let’s pray about it”. Shortly after we prayed, He said “babe when next that thought comes just GIVE THANKS “ My brothers and my sisters, so what was happening to me was that I was reliving and going through every scary scenario that happened All the bleeding and pain and leakage Hours and hours of fetal monitoring and mental torture And the devil would come and replay it and say “but you went through something really tough o” But guess what, As simple as “Give thanks “ sounds , immediately he said it, it was like a light switch came on That was all. From that moment, everything just vanished. I just smiled because I knew I was free Yes I went through so much but God delivered me from so much I’m sharing this to say 🤍Maybe you’re like me and you have gone through something that was super hard. And you’re left with memories that are not so pleasant. Don’t let the devil keep you in a place of mourning. GIVE THANKS because your scars are proof that that thing did not kill you. You survived You won Use your story to encourage others 🤍Revelation brings deliverance. There could be something you’re going through that seems so big but the solution could be something so simple Who would think that just touching Jesus clothes would heal a problem that had defied every other solution I pray for your today, may the revelation that you need to pull you out of that situation be made manifest May your eyes of understanding open May light come into your spirit!
