  • What is an ulcer? Ulcers are sores on the lining of your stomach or small intestine. Sores also could be on your esophagus (throat).
    Let's look at peptic,

Peptic ulcers are a common and often misunderstood condition affecting the gastrointestinal tract. These painful sores can develop in the lining of the stomach, small intestine, or esophagus, and they can lead to various symptoms and complications if left untreated. In this comprehensive guide, we will delve into the world of peptic ulcers, exploring their types, causes, symptoms, and the latest advancements in their treatment.

    *TYPES OF PEPTIC ULCERS*
Peptic ulcers are typically classified based on their location within the digestive tract:
    1. *Gastric Ulcers:* These ulcers develop in the lining of the stomach and are known as gastric ulcers. They are the most common type of peptic ulcer.
    2. *Duodenal Ulcers* : Duodenal ulcers form in the first part of the small intestine, known as the duodenum. They are the second most prevalent type of peptic ulcer.

    Cont'd from above.

    3. Esophageal Ulcers: These ulcers occur in the lower part of the esophagus and are less common than gastric and duodenal ulcers.

    *CAUSES OF ULCERS*

*Pylori Infection:* H. pylori is a bacteria that can weaken the protective mucous lining of the stomach and small intestine, making them more susceptible to damage from stomach acid.
*NSAIDs:* Regular use of NSAIDs like aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen can irritate the stomach lining and increase the risk of peptic ulcers.
*Smoking:* Smoking cigarettes or using other tobacco products can increase the risk of peptic ulcers and slow down the healing process.
*Alcohol:* Excessive alcohol consumption can irritate the stomach lining and exacerbate peptic ulcer symptoms.
*Stress:* While stress can exacerbate existing ulcers, it is not considered a primary cause.

  • Today let’s talk about COD Liver and that golden oil that comes from it.
My first order of business has obviously been cleaning up some brain fog and getting some vitamins in me.

I wanted to start with Vitamin D and omega-3 but wanted to stay away from anything synthetic.

During research I came across cod liver oil and was sold on it pretty quickly.
There are so many benefits but I picked a few to share here.

You can eat cod liver, buy the oil and ingest it that way, or take capsules.
We bought the capsules because Bryar said there is NO WAY he’s slurping fish oil off a spoon.

We use “Nature’s Craft” for our capsules and they have drops as well that I think I’ll be switching to next month. There are many other great brands out there. If you have any questions about them I’ll do my best to help or reach out to my mentors for help.

    Disclaimer.
(This my decision-however you get vitamins or nutrients in your body is your choice and you have to do what it best for you! This is not medical advice and you should do all your own research before making any changes to your health.) #earthsidehealing #SchroeterStead #codliveroil #vitaminD #omega3 #vitaminA

  • RELATIONSHIP TIPS!!

    1. No man wants a woman who is accessible to every man.

    2. You will reach the age where you can easily tell that the relationship is not going to work just by the conversation.

    3. If you have to beg someone to do the bare minimum for you and if you have to keep telling them how you deserved to be treated better then for goodness sake. LEAVE. It's not worth your peace.

    4. Don’t ignore the red flags you see at the beginning. The red flags you ignore trying to see the good in people WILL cost you later.

    5. Just because a person keeps you around doesn’t mean they love you; remember, people, buy cats just to get rid of rats.

    6. If SEX is all you are about in a relationship, then it means you are actually empty. A healthy relationship is about purpose! Sharing visions and values together.

    7. In life, you need to learn to stop opening doors for toxic people and giving them room in your mind, and calling it "seeking closure!" You're delaying your healing process.

    8. Avoid the damaged, the unhappy, and the unlucky.

    9. Anger opens the mouth and shuts the mind.

    10. As a woman, understand that men will say and do anything to sleep with you. Look at the actions, don’t be blinded by words. Anyone can talk a good game, but it takes a real ball player to play one.

  • “𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱, 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗱.”

Have you ever been in a situation wherein you humbly ask God for his favor? A time when you see yourself putting your whole heart in prayer?

But what does it really mean when we say, “God bless me, indeed?”

For us, sometimes "Lord, bless me!" means:
    -"Give me a Promotion"
    -"Send me my biggest breakthroughs"
    -“Help me pay my bills.”
    -“Healing for a loved one.”
    -“Protection and Safety.”
    And many more.

We tend to equate God’s blessing to more of our material belongings and successes. We look at God’s blessing only on the things that we acquire from him. But how about if he says “no” or “not yet”, does that mean that he is playing favorites?
    —The answer is No.

Whether he does it or not, he will remain superior and his goodness never decreases. Empty-handed or not,
his blessings can't be measured by just answered prayers.

God’s blessing can’t be limited by the things that this world can offer. You’ll see that on many days of our lives that our prayers won’t be answered, but we are still blessed and highly favored.

Our own view of blessing focuses more on “ourselves” rather than “GOD” and “HIS WILL.”

But to bless in the biblical sense is asking or to impart the supernatural favor.

•You are making an ally with the God whose power is limited and wisdom is endless.
•When we ask for God’s blessing, we are allowing ourselves to dive in into God's power and purpose over us.
•Praying for God’s blessing is surrendering our plans in exchange for God’s plan over our lives.

    God's blessing means :
"What God has in store for me."
"What God wants to happen in my life."
    In short — God's will.

    Dear Lord, bless me indeed.
My hands are emptied to receive what's coming from you.

“𝑰 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉. 𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕, 𝒔𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒚𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆, 𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆, 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒚, 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒐 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒐𝒐 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆.”

  • SEVEN THINGS YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR SPOUSE DAILY

When it comes to giving, many married people are generous to everybody except their spouses. There are seven things you should give your spouse daily – not weekly, monthly or annually. They are things you must give your spouse daily. Let’s see them:

    1. Give Your Spouse A TOUCH

One of the ways to bond with your spouse is to give him or her a touch. We have encouragement touch, affirmation touch, healing touch, apology touch, and we have sexual touch. Study your partner and know what touch to give at a particular time.

If you want God to touch your marriage, touch your spouse. Don’t let today go without you touching your spouse!

    2. Give Your Spouse SPACE

As much as you need to bond with your spouse and be together for daily intimacy, communication, affection, planning, etc., you still need to give your spouse his or her space. There is time for couples’ prayers, time for couples’ bonding. Also there is time for personal prayer, personal meditation, personal rest, personal planning, etc.

Don’t choke your spouse. Don’t be over-possessive and over-demanding to your spouse. Stop unnecessary policing and monitoring. Give your spouse the space they need when they need it.

    3. Give Your Spouse A CALL/CHAT

Some people can chat with all the contacts on their phone and all the people on their Face book friends list but they will never chat with or call their spouse all through the day.

Chatting with or calling your spouse in a day at work is a way of saying, “Dear, despite my busy schedule, I have you in mind. I am thinking about you.”

Make sure you send a chat, or give a call, to your spouse today. Make it a habit; it is beneficial to both of you. Nobody can be tired of receiving a caring chat or a call from someone they love.

    4. Give Your Spouse A HUG

Hugging is fast disappearing in many marriages today. Research has proved that hugging is one of the emotional needs of every human being. It is the scarcity of spousal hugs that makes many men indiscriminately hug ladies who are not their wives. Many women too crave for hugs and unwittingly allow every Tom and Jerry to hug them because their husbands are not giving them hugs.

Hugs can be given in the morning, or at night, but let no day pass without you hugging your spouse. It is one valuable thing you must give your spouse. It could be a welcoming hug, a goodbye hug, an appreciating hug, or an affirmative hug.

Hugging is a non-verbal means of communication. Use it well. Don’t let your husband or wife crave for a hug from strangers when you are still alive. Hug passionately! Hug romantically.

    5. Give Your Spouse A SMILE

God smiles on a home when couples smile at each other. A smile is a way of telling your spouse, “You delight me,” “Your presence amuses me,” “I am pleased with you.”

Frowning at your spouse is not a thing that should last a whole day. One of the ways to know your marriage is SMELLING is when you are not SMILING with each other. Smile. It is one of the best gifts you can give your spouse in a day.

I don’t like people who are not generous with their smiles. It is free. You don’t need to pay to smile. Just relax your muscles and smile. Couples, please smile! Keep smiling! To prevent your marriage from smelling, keep smiling with your spouse!!!

    6. Give Your Spouse PEACE OF MIND

The home is the endpoint of everything we do daily. If you are a doctor, you can’t sleep in the hospital all the days of your life. You will need to come home. If you are an engineer, you can’t sleep in the site everyday. If you are a lawyer, you can’t sleep in the court everyday. Even as a pastor, you can’t be in the church 24/7. We all must go back home.

Home is the endpoint. Therefore, if your spouse will be excited to come home, it must be a peaceful home. Stop nagging, stop fighting, Stop insulting, stop abusing, stop threatening, and stop humiliating your spouse. Give him/her rest of mind. Give your wife rest of mind.

Be the head of your wife sir, not the headache of your wife. Madam, be a wife to your husband, not a ‘knife’. Blessed are the couples who give each other peace of mind daily!

    7. Give Your Spouse A PRAYER

No matter how wealthy or highly connected you are, there are things you cannot do for your spouse. You are limited. One of the ways to show love to your spouse is to commit him/her to the unlimited God. Say a word of prayer for your spouse daily.

Every other thing may fail and may not work, but no force can withstand the power of prayer. You can’t heal your spouse, only God can heal him/her. You can’t lengthen the days of your spouse. Only God can do that. You can’t save your spouse. You can’t take away addiction and evil habits from your spouse , only God can do that for him/her..

Chatting with or calling your spouse in a day at work is a way of saying, “Dear, despite my busy schedule, I have you in mind. I am thinking about you.” Make sure you send a chat, or give a call, to your spouse today. Make it a habit; it is beneficial to both of you. Nobody can be tired of receiving a caring chat or a call from someone they love. 4. Give Your Spouse A HUG Hugging is fast disappearing in many marriages today. 5. Give Your Spouse A SMILE God smiles on a home when couples smile at each other. A smile is a way of telling your spouse, “You delight me,” “Your presence amuses me,” “I am pleased with you.” Frowning at your spouse is not a thing that should last a whole day. 6. Give Your Spouse PEACE OF MIND The home is the endpoint of everything we do daily. 7. Give Your Spouse A PRAYER No matter how wealthy or highly connected you are, there are things you cannot do for your spouse.

  • There are battles carried in silence, unseen wounds that weigh heavy on the heart, and quiet struggles that go unnoticed. Some days, just moving forward takes more strength than the world will ever know. Healing isn’t instant, and peace doesn’t arrive all at once, but with time, the weight begins to lift. One day, the past won’t feel so close, the fears won’t be so loud, and life will feel lighter again. Until then, trust the process—better days are on their way.
