  • One of my friends' brother used to ask, 'What are the eternal consequences of your hustle?" The question got me every time I hear it!

Psalm 90:12 is a prayer . Every son must pray it daily. To ask God to teach us how to use our days so we might apply our hearts to wisdom.

You see, one of the most common issues believers have with prophetic messages is that sometimes they do not come to pass. It is even more painful when it is a corporate word from God, and some testify of its fulfilment while others simply watch. In learning what is required to process a word unto manifestation, I have learnt that how we spend our time over time can impact on whether what we have been promised comes to pass.

God is both the justifier and the just. There are always conditions precedent for all that we enjoy in Him. And while He has sent His son to level the playing field, everyone ought to step up and know how they do with their time. Benefactors only help because we catch their eyes, and we catch their eye, because we spend our time well.

In Acts 9, Dorcas, who lived in Joppa, died. The people were so distraught that they sent for Peter and compelled him to come and bring her back to life. When Peter got there, all the people did was have the widows show him how valuable a living Dorcas was to them. He prayed, God answered, and she was brought back to the joy of the people she served. Even death was overruled because of how she spent her time.

An elder statesman and father of faith, Dr Tunde Bakare, recently, in explaining Ephesians 5:16, said that any time we spend that wasn't for redemptive purposes contributes to what is called an evil day.

My understanding is that, even when God has made me a promise, what I do with my time is the key to my walking in the manifestation of God's word and promise to me.

If you like me await the fulfilment of a prophetic word, I encourage you to review what you do with your time. Is it spent for redemptive purposes or self?

Busy isn't enough. It must also be redemptive. What is the eternal consequence of how you spend your time?

Father, teach me to number my days...

    Embrace Your Super Power!

  • _Dead Land_

Dr. Aisha Mohammed stood at the edge of the desert, gazing out at the endless dunes. Her team clustered around her, eager to begin their expedition.

"Today, we embark on a journey into the unknown," Aisha declared, her voice carrying across the sand. "A place where few have ventured and none have returned."

The team exchanged nervous glances. They had heard whispers about the Dead Land – a forsaken wasteland in northern Nigeria, shrouded in mystery and terror.

As they ventured deeper, the landscape shifted from sand to ash, and the air thickened with an otherworldly stench.

"Something's not right here," whispered Umar, a young geologist.

Aisha dismissed his concerns. "It's just the harsh environment."

    But Umar's words proved prophetic.

They discovered ancient ruins, shrouded in an eternal mist. The structures seemed to writhe, as if alive.

Night fell, and the team camped nearby. The mist crept in, shrouding their tents.

Screams pierced the darkness. Nneoma, a team member, was gone.

Aisha's search party found Nneoma's corpse, twisted into an unnatural pose. Her eyes had turned to black coal.

The team fled, but the Dead Land seemed to shift, trapping them.

    One by one, they vanished.

Aisha stumbled upon an ancient text etched into the ruins: "This land devours souls."

As she read, the ash beneath her feet began to stir. Hands burst forth, dragging her down.

Aisha's screams echoed through the desert.

Days passed. Rescue teams combed the desert, searching for Aisha's team.

Instead, they found a lone journal, buried in the ash.

Aisha's handwriting revealed the horrific truth:

"We shouldn't have come... The Dead Land is hungry... I've seen the others... They're not human anymore... I'm next..."

    The final entry read:

"I'm now part of the Dead Land."

Rescue teams retreated, leaving the Dead Land to its eternal, terrifying secrets.

Years later, travelers reported strange occurrences in the desert – whispers in the wind, shadows moving in the ash.

Some claimed to have seen Aisha's ghostly figure, forever trapped in the Dead Land.

Others whispered of an ancient curse, awakened by Aisha's team.

The Dead Land remained, a haunted monument to the horrors that lurked beyond the edge of the world.

  • Praying for Leaders and Nation:

    Leaders:

We pray for every leader, President, Attorney General Barr, Supreme Court Justices ( And nominees to come), Congress and Senate, Mayors, Governors, Police Officers, Judges in our land, that you will give them wisdom. I pray that the justice system will have eyes to see in the spirit realm (Whether they realize it or not) And that they will have divine wisdom upon them and rule with God’s righteousness and according to God’s plan.

“I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.” (1 Timothy 2:1-5)

May the spirit of prophecy start to work in our leaders. Where they start to speak by you spirit whether they know it or not, like you did with Caiaphas.

“You do not realize that is better for you that one man die for people than that the whole nation parish. Caiaphas did not see this of his own. Instead, as high priest that year, he was prophesying that Jesus would die for the nation…” (Acts 11:50-51)

Lord let our leaders do your will. Change them even as you did for Saul when he was the leader of Israel and Paul in the New Testament.

“Then the Spirit of the LORD will rush upon you, and you will prophesy with them; and you will be transformed into a different person.” (1 Samuel 10:6)

“Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10)

    Nation:

We bind evil right now over our nation. I ask you that righteousness would reign in our country and evil is exposed and cut off. Jesus pull your sword of justice out and bring justice where every evil is. Every agenda that is not of you bring it into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

“I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:18-19)

As believers we lay at the root an ax and cut off and dismantle the evil and it’s power over our nation, over our country, over our state and over our city. We cut it off. We cut off evil and its purposes. That it will not bring forth fruit. That righteousness will reign through our justice system and government. And that God would either change hearts or remove those who will not rule and agree with his righteousness. We pray that he would remove those who take bribes and have selfish agendas rather than God’s agenda, those who are serving themselves and not our nation. Have mercy upon our nation and remove those who would cause our nation to go in a wrong direction.

    Prayers for the Body:

We repent. We take accountability for our actions and beliefs. We turn our face back to you. We ask that you would heal our land.

“Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

May the fire of the Holy Spirit consume every evil and chaff in our lives, believers lives and those who are in leadership. You are a consuming fire. Remove those things that are unfruitful in our lives. Deliver us from our sins and from the evil one.

“And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one.” (Matthew 6:13)

In Jesus name, a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God for all believers. That their eyes would be flooded with revelation. That they will know the hope of which they have been called. And the power that raised Jesus from the dead.

“That the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may KNOW [experience] what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power…” (Ephesians 1:17-19)

That every believer will hear your voice and you would show them their future. What is their part in this generation. That they will have hope.

“Where there is no revelation, or prophetic insight, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction.” (Proverbs 29:18)

For the church to be strengthened, for corruption to be revealed, and for the great harvest!“

So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his field.” (Matthew 9:38)

Pray to receive the Spirit’s power so that Jesus’ presence would be manifest in us, so we experience God’s love.
