  • Dear Anambra Youth,

I'm writing to address a crucial matter concerning our state's future. As you may know, Valentine Chineto Ozigbo, a prominent figure in Anambra politics, left the Labour Party to join the APC. This move has raised concerns among many of us who believe in the Labour Party's vision for a better Anambra.

As young people, we have the power to shape our state's destiny. We cannot afford to sit on the fence while our future is being decided. I urge you all to join me in calling on Valentine Ozigbo to return to the Labour Party. His leadership and experience are needed in a party that truly cares about the welfare of Anambra people ¹.

If Ozigbo refuses to return to the Labour Party, I'm afraid we may have to reconsider our support for him. As young people, we cannot compromise on our values and principles. We deserve a leader who shares our vision for a prosperous and equitable Anambra.

Let's make our voices heard and demand that Ozigbo returns to the Labour Party. Together, we can build a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.

    Sincerely,
    [Hon. Uzoghelu John clement okwudili

  • 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒.

Basic things actually are not unimportant or peripheral things. No, they are not. So, always take note of them.

Anytime you make mention or make use of the word ‘basic’, the first thing that crosses many people’s mind is something so irrelevant and minor, but actually it's the contrary.

There's a bible verse that states, ‘despise not the days of thy beginning’. That verse seems to encapsulate the idea I want to pass across, but not completely, which is why I will refer you to another bible verse that states, ‘if the foundation can be destroyed, what can the righteous do?’

Now, this is it. Basic things are the foundational things. They are like the foundational pillars of a house, which makes a house strong enough to carry larger burdens or weighty things on it. And that means, whenever you see an edifice or storeyed building, you should realize henceforth, that the most important part of the building isn't the number of floors, or the beauty, but the foundation.

The foundation is where the main work lies and it's what is carrying all other things built on it. Once it defaults, the building, no matter how beautiful it may be, will crash immediately. Therefore, whenever you are being introduced to or taught the basic things of anything, don't despise it.

In fact, don't rush it through it, rather patiently learn it and derive lessons from it, because it's that basic knowledge that will make you stand strong later on to acquire and implement secondary knowledge.

In other words, if you don't learn about or acquire that basic knowledge, it will be very difficult to implement or even acquire secondary knowledge. As a matter of fact, if you try to bypass the basic things for the secondary things, you will end up so confused and frustrated.

    And you know what? Everything has its basic or foundational stage. Which means, content writing is not an exception. The basics of content writing cover topics like;

What content is, what writing is, and what content writing itself is.

Types of content, writing, and content writing.

Importance and purposes of creating content, importance writing and content writing.

    Punctuation marks, etc.

  • How to Know Your Person is Cheating on You – A Survival Guide
    A Thread

    1. They Suddenly Become a Poet
Before, they used to text dry messages like "K" or "Hmm." Now, they are writing things like, “Good morning, sunshine. I hope your day is as beautiful as you.” Who taught them?

    2. Their Phone is Now Their Best Friend
They used to leave their phone anywhere, but now? Even in the bathroom, they hold it like their life depends on it. Notifications come in, and they quickly turn the phone face down.

    3. They Start Dressing Too Fine
This person used to wear slippers and random shirts, now they are dressing like an Instagram influencer. Who are they impressing?

    4. Their Battery is Always "Dead"
“My phone died” is now their favorite excuse. But somehow, their battery never dies when chatting with their “cousin” at midnight.

    5. They Call You by Your Government Name
Before: "Baby, my love, sugar pie."
Now: "Victoria, please pass the remote." Who is making them forget your pet name?

    6. They Suddenly Love Privacy
You used to use their phone freely. Now, their password is longer than a bank OTP code. Even Face ID is rejecting you.

    7. They Always Have a Mood Swing
If they are too sweet today and very moody tomorrow, just know that someone else is making them confused about their feelings.

    8. They Start Accusing You First
Out of nowhere, they start saying, “I know you’re talking to someone else.” Just know they are talking to someone else. Guilty people always confess in riddles.

    9. They Suddenly Become a Night Walker
They used to sleep early. Now, they are awake at 2 AM, smiling at their phone, claiming they are reading news. Which news is funny at that time?

    10. They Stop Fighting for You
Before, small argument, they will be the first to apologize. Now, they just say, “Okay, if that’s what you think.” My dear, they have found peace elsewhere.

Bonus: If they tell you, “We need to take things slow,” just know they are already in another relationship.

Stay woke, my people! Have you noticed any of these signs before? Let’s gist in the comments!

  • HOW TO FIND YOUR UNIQUE WRITING STYLE

No matter how many of us are doing the same thing, there will be a different imprint and uniqueness about each of us.

As a writer, you need to stand out from the crowd in your writing.

You shouldn't be a duplicate of another person's style from beginning to end.

You need to develop a unique writing style for yourself, and I am going to show you how to do that in this piece.

    1. Read Widely: If you're just starting, you'll need to read and learn from others. There are many who have come before you and can serve as guides in discovering your unique style of writing.

    2. Implement and Write: After learning, take the initiative to start writing to see what you're capable of creating. No matter how skilled you might be, until you begin, it won't be feasible. Set aside dedicated time to write.

    3. Find Your Voice: Let your words resonate with your personality and beliefs. Allow your values to influence what you say, and you'll see a distinction right from the onset.

    4. Use Personal Experience: Draw from your life experiences. Sharing your perspectives can help you find your unique style.

    5. Develop a Signature Element or Phrase: As you progress in writing, come up with a unique phrase that resonates with you, which becomes recognizable as your signature in your writing.

    6. Have Patience: Be prepared to go through the process of refining your style until it is found and sharpened.

I believe that with these points, you have been guided on how to begin discovering your unique writing style.

  • TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH

If you're struggling to begin your writing journey due to the fear of incorrect vocabulary, then this is for you.

Writing can seem hard for many reasons, and one of those reasons is knowing that your spelling and vocabulary need to be checked.

I have interacted with several people who want to create great content and bless lives with it but don’t want to embarrass themselves while trying to write because of poor vocabulary.

Honestly, to be good at something, you must first take the step to start.

Until you begin, there is no way to improve in this.

To help with your vocabulary, I recommend getting a dictionary and becoming familiar with it.

Also, a free way to also help yourself is to stay tuned to opportunities where how to get better in English language are being taught.

There was a time I was following someone on this space. That person has this particular day of the week where she teaches how to be proficient in English language as a writer and common mistakes to avoid.

You won’t understand the meanings of words or the differences between similar-looking homophones until you look them up in the dictionary.

You need to brace yourself and stop being lazy about checking if the grammar you think is correct actually is.

Additionally, be more intentional about speaking only correct English. I know you're not so good, but start being intentional about speaking right. If you permit and overlook mistakes, they will greatly delay your proficiency.

Beyond speaking well, please start typing correctly in your DMs; it will greatly help you, believe me.

Don't be a shorthand writer yet you want to write grammatically accurate content; start from there. Personally, I've divorced shorthand form of writing a long time ago, and there's no going back on it.

I know the help this singular decision has brought to my writing ability, though at first, some will call it pride, but it's not.

Doing something the right way for the better is not pride; you'll discover that they will eventually join you in doing that right thing after a while.

  • *Joke of the day*

Kim Jong UN decided to send Donald Trump a letter in his own hand writing to let him know he was still in the game.

Trump opened the letter which appeared to contain a single line coded message:

    *377OH SSV - O773H*

Trump was baffled, so he emailed it to his aides, who had no clues either.
So they sent it to the FBI.

No one can solve it at FBI, so it went to the CIA. With no clue as to its meaning, FBI finally asked MSS (Ministry of State Security) in China for help.

Within a few seconds, MSS cabled back with this reply :

"Tell the President he's holding the message " *Upside down"* "
