Delicious Ingredients
• For the Ramen:
• 1 pack instant ramen noodles (any flavor you like)
• 2 cups water
• Seasoning packet from the ramen (or you can use your own seasoning)
• For the Pork:
• 200g pork belly or pork shoulder, sliced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
1. Cook the Pork:
• Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add oil.
• Season the pork slices with salt and pepper.
• Sear the pork in the pan until it’s golden brown on all sides and fully cooked. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Ramen:
• In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the instant ramen according to package instructions.
• Drain the water, leaving a little bit (around 1-2 tablespoons) for a slightly saucy ramen.
3. Combine and Serve:
• Add the seasoning packet or your own seasoning to the ramen and stir well.
• Place the cooked pork on top of the noodles.
• Optionally, add a sprinkle of black pepper or any other seasoning you like on top.
