Flaws and Claws... By Kris Writes Lisa walked into Mr.Jonas’ office to see a calm but tensed Jonas behind his desk letting out a smile which concealed a visible grin on his face “Sit,Lisa please I don’t wanna keep you standing cause today might have been stressful “ Mr Jonas urged Lisa Lisa started “ Mr.J I know I was a little late on most of the deliveries today if not all but if I could just get a faster bike and there would be shifts on fridays then maybe I could be up and efficient in deliveries but....” SHHHH!!! Mr Jonas interrupted, “ Lisa, this pizza shop has been on the family line of business for over a millennia from my father and down to his fathers and the fathers before and I just can’t let you ruin business for me,we have competitions to tackle and bills to pay but I just can’t let you come in the way with late deliveries. Our customers are starting to bail out on us. I’m sorry Lisa but you’re fired!” The words sounded like an atomic blast upon Lisa’s hearing as she gently received her last paycheck and left the pizza shop with tear filled eyes... Fifteen minutes later she entered into another shop which apparently she knew the owner. Claire, the shop keeper whom was also Lisa’s best friend in Aurora City,looked at Lisa and hugged her after reading the expression on her face. Soon after Lisa sat close to the counter as she switched on the TV set in the shop, after searching for something to keep her entertained there was a tv report of the fifth homicidal killing in the neighborhood that month. Lisa hissed as she lamented “ at least the dead people won’t worry about their Jobs Later it was evening as Lisa dragged her bicycle home with her head wrapped in the thoughts of getting a new job that she lost track of time. Suddenly she felt a strong and evil like presence, she called out to know if someone was following her but there was no response. Luckily she was a few feet from her wooden fence,as she unbolted the lachet to the fence , she felt some figure like a dog bit her as she let out a faint whimper turning to catch a glimpse of the creature, standing before her was a 7foot tall man like beast with dark fur all over and a pair of crimson eyes with long claws as she noticed saliva dripping from the sides of the mouth with stains of blood which was obviously Lisa’s . Upon beholding the life threatening creature, Lisa miraculously regained a burst of energy to dash into the house as she tried to make out the thoughts that she just met her doom and was still standing on her two feet, slowly the room became dark as she was apparently bleeding from the bite as she passed out right in her living room Anticipate Episode 2❤️ Story written and composed by Kriss #story #tech #fantasy
