  • Made for Greatness

    I am made for greatness.
    I am made for more.
    I refuse to remain small.

Every day, I live with this affirmation,
Not just in words, but in action.

I pay attention to every phase of my life,
But more than that, I pay the price.
    Because for greatness to manifest,
    A sacrifice must be made.

Sometimes, that price comes with pain,
    With hurt, with trials.
But I will keep moving anyway.

I am finding my way to stardom.
The path is full of thorns and obstacles,
But that’s part of the journey.
    Because nothing great comes easy.

I will rise when I stumble.
I will fight when I am weary.
I will stand when the storm rages,
Because within me lies the spirit of a conqueror.

Doubt may whisper, but I will not listen.
Fear may knock, but I will not answer.
Failure may come, but it will not define me.
Every setback is a setup for a greater comeback.

    I embrace the process.
    I welcome the struggle.
    I own my journey.

Because in the fire, gold is refined.
In the storm, warriors are forged.
And in the pursuit of purpose, legends are made.

I am not just dreaming of greatness
    I am becoming it.

  • A TALE OF SECOND CHANCES (p.3)

Diana came in last, young and beautiful as a rose. She was an epitome of beauty. Many believed Ted married her for that reason, because she was like a priceless treasure that many wished to possess. She was an aspiring actress before their marriage and rose to stardom months after. She’d agreed to marry him for the purpose of fame and had engaged in countless amorous relationships while Ted traveled the world building his empire.

A few months to his thirty-fifth birthday, a letter reached MaryAnn, who now lived in a mansion in the city and was immensely successful, having opened many branches of Annie’s Fruity Mix all around the country. It was a letter from Ted. It read thus:

    "Dearest Red Rose,

I hope you’re doing well! I am happy to see how far you’ve come since I last saw you. I’m sorry things had to be this way. I have many regrets even now. I hope Roselyne doesn’t hate me. I hope you let her get the gifts I send?

I fear I may not see my thirty-fifth birthday. I have been diagnosed with a heart disease and I am deteriorating rapidly. The doctors say I have a short time to live.

I’d very much love to see you again. Enclosed herein is the hospital where I am. Please come, and bring Roselyne along.

    Your loving husband,
    Teddy ❤”

All the anger she’d felt faded at once, and she called her personal assistant to clear her schedule for the next day so she could visit her husband. Things didn’t go as planned because the lady Estella would not let them come into Ted’s chambers. An argument ensued between the two, and MaryAnn stood her ground until Ted’s PA walked up to her and pressed a note into her palm, extricating her from the argument.

    ... To be continued.

  • THE 6 POWERS OF A WOMAN

Your power as a woman goes beyond your body. It's okay to have great curves! The ability to get a man chase you hard is power on its own. Having a hour glass (figure shape is an automatic magnet for lustful men and some can eat the very sand at your feet just to get in between your thigh. Getting a man pant after you is power but your power goes beyond sensuality, sex and seduction, they don't last! We are talking about lasting power here!

You carry so much power that you are not aware of. This power can make you a success. It can make your man an outstanding success. Make you a voice to reckon with and cause great changes in the society.

    1. YOU HAVE THE POWER OF WORDS
Words are powerful! They can make or break someone. No! They can shatter someone to a million pieces without repair! Women are known with verbal power! Either to make, mend, destroy or kill! It is in every woman! By words alone, Delilah brought Samson to his death! By words, Jezebel made her husband commit murder! By words, Esther the queen saved a whole nation! By words, Abigail saved her life from death and became the wife of a king! By words, Adichie Chimamanda Ngozie is promoting feminism in Africa and beyond! By words, Linda Ikeji amassed billions of Naira into her account! Whether written or verbal, your words carry power! With your words you can end up a global success, challenge your man to success and change the society for good! Maximize your tongue by using words to your advantage!

    2. YOU HAVE BODY POWER!
Men are attracted to beautiful women. Use your feminine body to your advantage! Not by sleeping around for money/job/promotion, etc you lose power and control that way. The moment you give a man sex he is not entitled to through marriage, he loses respect for you and you lose power! Package for excellence!

Be irresistible, charming, appealing, comely and worth chasing then divert his attention from your body(clothed body please. I'm not asking you to go about naked/show him your ***** and curves. You get what I mean) to your mind, intellect, talents, potentials and vision. That is how to hold a man spell bound! That is how to make him stay glued. That is how to command respect and honour. That s what make some men chase certain women hard till they marry them and after marriage, support with all you've got till he becomes a phenomenal success. You have the brain, wisdom, power, intellect, money and God to help your man succeed, that power lies within you. Maximize it!

    3. YOU HAVE BRAIN POWER!
Women are blessed with the power of imagination. What you can see, you can achieve! Women who go out to change the world always do so especially when you have divine backing! You can be the next Nigerian president, you can build orphanages, you can create women empowerment programmes, you can rescue juvenile delinquents, you can cause great changes in the society. You can feed the poor, you can end up a great philanthropist.

    4. YOU HAVE THE POWER OF INFLUENCE
You can influence your man, children, neighbour, friends and family for good. The power is within you. Once your mind is made up to achieve a result, cause a great change or turn your man to an international stardom, you can! You can influence a whole community, nation or country! You can influence your customers/clients and attract more money into your account. The power of influence lies within you. Esther the queen influenced a whole nation to fast and pray till they obtained their freedom. You are a great influencer!

    5. YOU HAVE MONEY POWER!
Because women are naturally endowed with relationship skills, it's easier to win more customers/clients and swell your bank account beyond your imagination. You can make as much money as you want.

    6. YOU HAVE GOD POWER
Women connect with God at a deeper level than men. Not all women though, but a good percentage of women draw strength deeply and powerfully from God than their male counterparts who like to go macho with everything to the point of self destruction! Maximize your God power! With deep, intimate relationship with Him, you will draw power to achieve the impossible and up a phenomenal success. A role model millions look up to round the world.

Every woman carry power. Maximize yours, unleash it and end up a celebrity!

  • Ronaldo having more followers, & YouTube subscribers doesn't mean he's more popular or influential than Messi, that's not how it works. Keep in mind that Messi is more of a low-key person but Ronaldo is n¤t. Also, don't compare the likes of Michael Jackson to Ronaldo, MJ remains the most popular icon till date; It will be difficult for anyone to reach MJ's level of stardom.

  • I was once asked to leave the stage for PSquare -Flavour

Nigerian high-life singer, Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour N’abania, has shared a story of his journey to stardom, recounting how he was once asked to leave the stage during a performance for PSquare, a popular Nigerian music duo.

In an interview released on Sunday by In My Opinion podcast, Flavour narrated how he began his music career as a choir conductor and drummer in the church.

“They saw how dedicated I was and introduced me to a man who owned a music company and trained young boys,” he said.

“Luckily for me, the day I went there, they were having rehearsals. It was the first time I saw proper music set up. I joined the band and served there for 13 years. I developed more with the band, and I later became the band leader.

“At that point, I wasn’t thinking about being Flavour or being on the spot. I never thought about all that. My dream was just about playing at events and things like that,” Flavour added.

He explained that he later left the band and transitioned to playing at shows and events, where he honed his skills and built a fan base.

Flavour added, “Things started changing when I started seeing some artistes. When I left the band, I went into the streets. That was when the game became hard. All this time, I was in a good place; the music had procedures and all, but now I was in the streets.

“Like a street musician hustling, I went to different joints to play. I could sing so many songs; I had like 5,000 songs I could sing and play to entertain people.

“We play from 8pm until 3am, but then I see these artist3s; they play for like 30 minutes, and everybody is happy, clapping for them and hailing them. And I’m wondering, ‘what is going on? Are we not same artistes?'”

However, he stated that his encounter with PSquare served as a turning point in his career.

He said, “I remember one day with Psqaure, when they just came out with “Temptation.’ They were promoting a show around and the promoters brought them to the spot at City Centre in Enugu.

“With that spot, I already built fans; everybody was there every weekend. No matter what was going on in Enugu, my spot was always packed.

“So the promoters brought Psquare while I was playing, and immediately Psquare came; the manager just said, ‘Hello, off that thing.’

“I switched off, passed the microphone, and went to sit. Then when Paul of Psqaure picked up the microphone and just said, ‘This na temptation’ everywhere scattered.”

According to him, this experience sparked a realisation in him that he needed to create his own unique sound and transition from being a mere musician to an artiste.

Flavour added, “So I was like, It’s the same music these people are doing. I’ve been with you, and you never shouted like this. I was so cold; I was just watching. When they left, the manager just told me to carry on.

“Then it started occurring to me that these guys, the difference is that they create their sound, go to the studio, and record. That’s how it’s done. So you are just a music man.

“So I decided to change from a music man to an artiste, and that was the difficult part of it because I thought it was going to be easy. I could play, I could sing, but to create your own sound, where are you going to start from?

“The best way to go about it was to start afresh.”
