• Missing a dead person is the most saddest thing, you miss them so much, it pieces your heart but you can't hear them laugh or see their smile. Its hard to accept that you can never meet them again but in dreams. Life is short and unfair, take care of those who are alive.

    Can you relate this?

  • Communication struggles is a common stressor in all relationships and more specifically marriages. The majority of the couples I see, struggle to communicate in some ways. Some relationships are at the point where there is very little communication, because conversations turn sour and then each person is left frustrated, angry and sad.

When communication is difficult in a marriage, each spouse usually feels lonely in the relationship and many times they are unsure of what to do, unsure of the way to change their communication pattern. When communication is lacking, it becomes a big relationship dilemma and many questions come to mind like… “Do we belong together?” ‘If we do, how do we change the way we communicate with each other?” “How can we communicate in a way that would be a connector for us and help make our marriage stronger?”

  • El Hadji Diouf on Jamie Carragher's comments about AFCON:

"Africans don’t need to prove anything to anyone.

The AFCON is watched in more than 170 countries, with more than 1.4 billion viewers, and it is one of the largest football tournament in the World.

“Africa gave birth to legends that shook world football. Eto’o, Drogba, Jay-Jay Okocha, Asamoah Gyan, George Weah, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and others.

These ones wrote their names in gold, and you Carragher can't even sit with them at the same table.

Respect the AFCON and Africa. Carragher, it's not even worth talking about!"

  • Progress doesn't happen overnight.

You're not just going to wake up one morning and suddenly be a master of everything.

It takes time, effort, and a whole lot of patience.

Think of it like studying for a test.

You read for weeks, feeling confident that you'll pass, but then test day comes and, sadly, you didn't pass it.

    It's actually frustrating and disheartening

But that one test result doesn't define your entire academic journey.

There's still the second test to take, and the final exam, where you can boost your score and turn things around.

That's exactly what you have to do in life.

Learn from your mistakes, and come back stronger.

Yes, definitely, you'll face setbacks, but you have to learn from them and keep moving forward.

It's not always easy, but it is worth it.

Every experience - good or bad - is a stepping stone to growth.

So, don't get discouraged if things don't happen as quickly as you want.

Just keep pushing forward, and trust that you'll get to where you want to be
