These are essential for basic starting face routine(toner, cleanser and face cream).It enhance,clean, exfoliate and make the skin smooth and flawless.
Sunscreen(SPF) is also essential also,This prevent the skin from ultraviolet ray of harsh sunlight to damage the skin barrier,it keeps the face hydrated and prevent sunburn.
Always clean your face with soft towels.Don't use harsh towel for cleaning the body or face after bathing.
Always wash the bedsheets and pillow cases at least once in a week during weekends.It prevent excess sweat and dirt from forming into microbial organism to cause rashes,body or face itching etc....
Always wash your undies and singlet regularly and dry it under the direct sunlight especially ladies undies and iron(optional) to prevent minor infections.
Ladies pls,don't douche any substances into vaginal.Its a delicate part.

At that particular moment of the day is where you meet lawmakers, CEOs, world leaders, etc. They go there to converse. Once you are there constantly, your face becomes familiar to them, and they think you all are in the same league. At that point, you can walk out to anyone and befriend them. When you meet them, they might be drinking whiskey, vodka or gin. Dont get distracted and join them in drinking. Maintain focus, stick to drinking your water and always remember that you went there with a budget of $5 or $10 dollars. Be bold and courageous, be neat, and go with a good proposal. You will yield fruit.

MY WIFE DOESN'T RESPECT MY FAMILY! IMAGINE HER BLOCKING MY MOM'S NUMBER JUST BECAUSE...

It has been only three years since we got married, and already, my wife is showing her true colors.

In my family, my father is no longer alive; it’s just my mother and my four sisters who are left. After our wedding, we lived in our family home.

My sisters are still in school, and the two oldest have small jobs, so it was my wife who took care of everything in the house, cooking, cleaning, and washing for my mom and sisters.

But suddenly, her friends filled her head with strange ideas, and bam! She no longer wanted to live with family. She started making up stories until I had no choice but to rent an apartment, wasting my precious money on rent.
