  • The police are not debt collectors.
More so u are at risk if u don't go to the police station to bail your loved one with the services of a legal practitioner who knows the hierarchy of the Police force .all these would have been avoided.

Another red flag to be watched for the abuse of human right is the CP Tactical Crack Squad formations, they have indeed continued from where SARZ stopped.

I won't be surprised that it was tactical squad that did this , they don't wear uniforms or name tags , dey look scary and dey are always on mufty, u don't know who is who , u can't identify a superior officer as dey all behave as one.

If you are a lawyer that doesn't know how to handle police matters they will keep you turning round n round from one officer to each officer till your client sleeps in the cell.

They Re quick to slapping those in their custody , dey issue threats to beat etc and always angry at the sight of a properly dressed lawyer and they are very allergic to phones and other recording devices, dey will tell you to drop ur phones at the gate.

    God help Nigeria

  • Last week Sunday, my wife woke up very early and began to cook. I was sleeping and was perceiving aroma of food.

I haven't tasted the food nor know what she was preparing but the aroma alone can tell what she was cooking.

I inhaled deeply, and exhaled slowly to the aroma.

The aroma of what I perceived was like fried chicken and egg with other goodies which i can't predict.

    It was like a dream.

The aroma of her cooking woke me up from cloud nine. Everywhere in the house was stew.

The aroma of the food she was cooking over shadow the room fresher of the house.

So I woke up and stylishly walked towards the kitchen door. Immediately she heard my footsteps, she jammed the kitchen door.

I pushed the kitchen door and walked in and stood.

She immediately covered the already fried chicken and stood staring at me.

"Good morning my sweetest queen, my world queen, the only queen that gives me joy when sad." I hailed.

She gazed at me and shook her head the negative way.

I held her round her waist and kissed her neck.

She turned, looked at me, and smiled without uttering a word.

    "Hope you are fine?"

    "I am fine." She replied.

"Ok. Is there anything you would want me to help you with? Like to cut meat, to help you fry you know.. that can thing."

She stared at me and smiled.

"Apart from money O, if it's money don't ask me, and if it's to pound yam don't also ask. Those two things I mentioned zero them from your question." I interrupted.

Immediately she turned and focused on her cooking without a word.

"Cut small meat for me to eat na."

    "Noop."

"please na, is me your husband."

    "NO!!" She raised her voice.

    "But why?"

"Because me myself haven't tasted any yet till we both return from church we will eat as we like."

"And why is your mouth oily if true, true you haven't tasted any?" I asked.

"I am not giving you a cut. Cut for me, cut for me before I know what's up the pot will be empity. I don't want history to repeat itself. So no meat for you till we return from church."

    "Eheeen?"

    "Eheeen." she replied.

"I don't think I will even be going to church today." I said.

She immediately turned and looked at me in surprised.

"Why won't you be going to church? See, we will go to this church together. I see no reason of you staying home." She shouted.

    " I have reasons O."

    "Which are?"

"My clothes are not ironed and I haven't polish my shoe."

    "I have done that already."

"You ironed the one I don't want to wear and polished the shoe I don't like wearing."

"Which do you want to wear to church?" She asked.

    "That my white native."

"I have ironed it already. Infact, I ironed all your clothes last night so get dress before I finish in the kitchen."

"My stomach is paining me. I don't think I will be going today. Just go and pray for us." I said to her, and left the kitchen.

30 minute later she finished everything and came back and met me on bed pressing my phone.

"Like seriously you are not going?" She asked angrily.

"I have told you my stomach is paining me." I replied carelessly.

"Let nothing happen to the food in the kitchen must especially the meat." She warned.

"What do you mean?" I mumbled like someone that wants to take his last breath.

"I have told you already. Infact, don't worry I think I know what to do."

    "What will you do?"

"Only me know what to do." She replied.

I covered myself in blanket and continued shouting my stomach.

She glared at me and walked out of the bedroom without a word.

Immediately I heard the sound of her car, I jumped down from the bed and went straight to the kitchen.

I got to the kitchen but couldn't find the pot nor the meat crumbs in the pot.

I opened the fridge, the cupboard still nothing.

"Where this woman hide this thing?" I whispered to myself.

I searched all the house but couldn't find it. I even checked under the carpet, the sitting room but nothing.

I got tired and gave up searching.

After church service, my wife drove home. When I heard the sound of her car, I went and stood at the door entrance.

She got down from the car and began to sing a worship song. I am sure it was one of the songs they sang in church.

"You cooked and hid it away from your husband so that hunger will kill me abi? Continue." I thundered.

"I know you will look for it. Devil husband like you. See be going to church O." She sparked, and went to the boot of her car and began to bring down the pots.

I stared at her in shocked.

"You took food to church?" I asked surprisedly.

"Yes O. It's better than for me to come back home and meet chicken head and legs." She replied.

"Honey, you took food to church haaa!!" I screamed.

"Or won't you eat again?" She asked.

    I heaved heavily and said to her;

    "Let's go inside and eat."

She looked at me for a moment longer and began to laugh.

I can not come and miss sweet food because food go church.

    Inside life.

  • 🗣 Sadio Mané : "I remember my first day arriving in France to take tests and sign with FC Metz. I was expected to start training right away, but the coach told me to stay home. I didn't have any phone credit to call my mother and inform her that I was in France.

"The next day, I went with some friends who were already in Metz to buy phone cards so I could call her. I said, 'Hello mom, I'm in France.' She replied, 'What, which France?' She couldn't believe it! I answered, 'France in Europe.' She responded, 'What do you mean Europe? You live in Senegal; you should be with your uncle.' I explained, 'Yes, but now I'm in Europe.'

"She was amazed; it was surreal! She was so surprised that she called me every day to see if it was true. She didn't completely believe me until one day I told her to watch TV to see me play. That’s when she finally understood that my dream had come true."
