A Friend of mine once complained so bitterly of how she hasn't been able to save any money or do any thing reasonable as pertaining her personal development and growth.
She said, all the money she has been earning has been going to her family.
Honestly i felt for her, i understand she loves her family but it wa a way too much.
Well i told her if she truly wants to grow and be established so she can give her family the support and assistance they need, then she has let go off her family.
Don't get me wrong, i am not saying she shouldn't help her family, all i am saying is before you extend a hand of help you should be established to an extent.
Just as Brain Jotter rightly said" everyone that depends on you for survival, will still survive even if you die today.
Stop carrying your family's load on your shoulder, you're too young for that, focus on building your self
I know you can't wait to show your family love and support, but have you gathered enough strength.
Remember you may crash if the strength you have gathered is not enough.
As the first daughter/son, there's often a lot of responsibility on your shoulders, but it's important to remember that you can't pour from an empty cup.
Before you can truly show up for our families, you need to show up for yourself
