    Some people do not like eating beans at all, while to some it's their favorite.

    While growing up, I remember how I so much detested eating beans that I didn't mind eating rice every day.

    But the story changed when we started using it to make different varieties like moi-moi, bean cake, and (Ofloju/Ekuru) I don't know the English name.

    Till now, I still like to take it with something Sha.

    So, I can relate well with those that don't like eating it.

    But with these great health benefits, I will advise you to start eating it.

    You can use it to make different varieties if eating it like that bores you.
