  • Theme:RISE OF THE PURITANS
Consecrated to be set apart for the MASTER'S USED
    Bible passage:Roman 12:1-2

I came to understand something here in that passage,if you must journey far with God then keep ur body as a living sacrifice to him, holy and acceptable unto God,which is ur reasonable service!!

    Listen to me
For you to be consecrated for the master's used, you need to be set apart and be sanctified for him

    Now what is Consecration
This is an act to be set apart, sanctified, seperated from things that will defile and pollute you from the will of God

    Listen to me
Ur body is an altar when it's polluted, you will automatically become filthy to God hindering ur prayers from been answered

Consecration is also an act to do away with those things that will defile our mind, body, walk, and things that will make us unclean before God which is SIN

When you are not consecrated before your maker then you will be concentrated by the devil and his cohorts

That is why the word of God instruct us to make our body a living sacrifice
Until you are acceptable before God,generations won't call out and stand for you

This is the time puritans must arise to take territory, nations and kingdoms as a whole

Can i tell you a secret
When you live a life of purity, even when others go to the mountain and fast for seven days even if you didn't fast and you go on ur knees seeking the face of God,you will command an authentic results with speed than that man that go to the mountain

Purity is a lifestyle of a dead man in God

When purity has eaten you up in ur walk with God then manifestations and answers will become used to you
You won't struggles to see spiritually things

Instead spiritual things will become a part of you!!

The reason you keep on complaining that your prayerlife is going on is because you never embrace the SPIRIT OF PURITY

Ask a man that is consecrated and sanctified to God
Why do you chose this path and he will reply you that the life he is living is not his own!!

    1. You have to take charge—use your authority.
Webster’s dictionary defines authority as 1) “the power or right to give commands, to take action and 2) power of influence, resulting from knowledge.” Jesus says in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
    2. You must truly repent of all sin and disobedi-ence and ask for forgiveness. Then you must believe you receive forgiveness and accept it.
First John 1:9 states, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
    3. You must renounce any strongholds or curses.
Second Corinthians 4:2 says, “But we have renounced the hidden things of shame . . . ” 4. You must bind the enemy and cast him out.
According to Matthew 18:18, “Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
    5. Visualize and announce that you are applying the blood of Jesus over yourself and family.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His right-eousness” (Rom. 3:23–25, emphasis added).

  • Friendships can be a powerful source of support and joy, but sometimes, bad friendships can drain your energy and negatively impact your well-being. Recognizing when a friendship is unhealthy can be tough, especially if it’s someone you’ve known for a long time. Here’s how to identify bad friends and why letting go of toxic relationships can lead to a healthier, happier life.

    Signs of a Bad Friend:
    They’re Constantly Negative
A friend who always criticizes, complains, or brings down your mood can be emotionally exhausting. Friendship should lift you up, not weigh you down.

    They Don’t Respect Boundaries
Friends who don’t respect your time, space, or values can make you feel uncomfortable or pressured. Good friends understand and respect your boundaries.

They’re Only There When It’s Convenient
A bad friend might only reach out when they need something from you but go silent when you need support. Healthy friendships involve give and take.

    They Undermine or Belittle You
Friends who mock your dreams, belittle your achievements, or make you feel small aren’t supportive. A real friend celebrates your wins and supports your growth.

    They Gossip or Betray Trust
If a friend shares your private information or speaks badly about you behind your back, it’s a sign they don’t value trust and loyalty.

    Why Letting Go Is Important:
Holding onto toxic friendships can affect your mental health, self-esteem, and happiness. While it’s hard to end a friendship, distancing yourself from bad influences can create space for healthier, more positive relationships. Surrounding yourself with friends who genuinely care about you is essential for personal growth and emotional well-being.

    Remember:
Not all friendships last forever, and that’s okay. Prioritize connections that encourage positivity, respect, and mutual support. Your happiness is worth it!

  • Gaming has become a major part of modern culture, offering both positive and negative impacts on players of all ages. The effects of gaming are varied and depend largely on factors like the type of games, the amount of time spent, and how gaming fits into a balanced lifestyle.

    Positive Effects of Gaming:
    Cognitive Skill Development
Many games improve problem-solving, strategic thinking, and memory. Games that involve puzzles, quick decision-making, and multitasking help players sharpen their mental skills.

    Hand-Eye Coordination
Action and simulation games require precise control and reaction times, which can improve hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

    Social Connection
Online multiplayer games offer a platform for social interaction, allowing players to make friends worldwide. For some, gaming communities provide a sense of belonging and teamwork.

    Stress Relief
Gaming can be a fun way to unwind and escape from everyday stress. When played in moderation, it can be a healthy outlet for relaxation and entertainment.

    Negative Effects of Gaming:
    Addiction and Dependency
Excessive gaming can lead to addiction, where players may feel compelled to play at the expense of other life responsibilities, affecting work, school, and social life.

    Physical Health Issues
Spending long hours gaming often means sitting for extended periods, which can lead to issues like poor posture, eye strain, and even weight gain.

    Impact on Mental Health
While moderate gaming can be enjoyable, excessive gaming has been linked to increased anxiety and depression. High-stress or hyper-competitive games can contribute to mental health challenges if not balanced with other activities.

    Aggressive Behavior
Some studies suggest that playing violent games may increase aggressive behavior in certain individuals. However, this largely depends on personality, context, and other factors in a person’s life.

    Finding Balance:
Gaming can be a positive activity when enjoyed in moderation and balanced with other parts of life. Setting limits, taking breaks, and prioritizing health and relationships over screen time are essential steps to making gaming a fun, enriching experience.

  • Improving mental health is a journey that takes consistent small steps, self-compassion, and sometimes support from others. Here are some practical ways to start nurturing a healthier mindset:

    1. Practice Mindfulness
Why: It helps you stay present and reduces stress by breaking the cycle of anxious or overwhelming thoughts.
How: Try starting with just 5-10 minutes of mindful breathing or guided meditation each day. Apps like Headspace or Insight Timer can be useful.
    2. Prioritize Sleep
Why: Lack of sleep impacts your mood, focus, and overall well-being.
How: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night, create a relaxing pre-bed routine, and avoid screens an hour before bed.
    3. Move Your Body
Why: Exercise releases endorphins, which are natural mood boosters.
How: Find something you enjoy, whether it’s a daily walk, yoga, dancing, or a workout class. Aim for at least 30 minutes of movement most days.
    4. Nurture Connections
Why: Positive relationships provide emotional support and help reduce feelings of loneliness.
How: Make time for family, friends, or a support group. Even a simple phone call or text can lift your spirits and remind you of the support system around you.
    5. Challenge Negative Thoughts
Why: Changing your thinking patterns can reduce anxiety and improve self-esteem.
How: Practice self-compassion, and when you catch yourself in negative self-talk, try rephrasing your thoughts in a kinder, more realistic way.
    6. Set Realistic Goals
Why: Having something to work toward gives you purpose, and achieving small milestones boosts confidence.
How: Break your goals into manageable steps. Whether it’s personal, professional, or self-care goals, celebrate each small victory.
    7. Seek Professional Support
Why: Therapists, counselors, and coaches can provide guidance, strategies, and a non-judgmental space to explore your feelings.
How: Look for a licensed mental health professional if you need additional support. Many therapists offer virtual sessions, making help more accessible than ever.
Remember, progress is gradual, and setbacks are normal. Be gentle with yourself, take it one step at a time, and celebrate every positive thing in your life.
