I could have used palm oil for this but some of my household members don't like palm oil

Ingredients:
-Goat meat (optional)
-Grounded Crayfish
-Fresh Tomatoes
-Fresh Ata Rodo
-Fresh Red Chilli Known As Shombo
-Fresh Scent Leaves
-8 Small Size Ogiri Okpei Depending on the size of your pepper blend
-3 Medium Size Onions
-Dried Catfish
-Vegetable Oil
-Seasoning Cubes
-Home-Made Spice (Spring Onions, Garlic & Ginger)
-Salt to taste

Method:
Cut your protein in any size of your choice, wash meat using salt and water then parboiled using powdered or fresh ginger and garlic mix, set aside (I didn't keep my goat meat stock cause I don't like goat meat stock but you can use your meat stock)

Roughly blend your washed pepper, fresh red chilli and tomatoes, then set aside.

Soak dried catfish in salted hot water, pour away after some minutes, then washed using normal water to remove dirt, deboned and set aside.

Slightly roast the ogiri okpei before grinding in a small mortal using pestle.

Washed and slice onions to prefer size, set aside and also roughly blend the crayfish, set aside.

Pour vegetable oil into a pan or pot, set on medium heat.When the oil heats up, fry the goat meat(optional) set aside.

Add chopped or sliced onions, saute for some minutes.

Then add roughly blend pepper and tomatoes mix and stir on medium heat

Also add seasoning cubes,homemade spice and salt to taste, leave to fry on medium heat for 20 minutes, remember to stir every now

Add the washed slice scent leaves, goat meat and stir to incorporate very well, allow to cook for some minutes.

Add the washed dried catfish...

You can also add your meat stock, then stir to incorporate very well.

Allow to cook on low heat, leave for some minutes.
