Ruth came to God of Israel after years of living in darkness,but He gladly received her service even though she was a Moabite foreigner.

She bound herself to the service of the Lord, interweaving her service with Him like the braiding of a heavy rope.

Some of us thinks that it is too late to quit those unhealthy lifestyles that we have lived with for years,but I am here to encourage you that you can do it through Christ that strengthens you.

No matter how long you have lived an unhealthy life even if it is from birth,you can still make amends.

Get up from that bed this morning and face your fears.
