POUND CAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 300 grams of flour
• 3 eggs
• 180ml of milk
• 50ml of oil
• 200g of sugar
• 16g of baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
● Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, oil, milk and flour.
● Add the baking powder, then pour the batter into a pan.
● Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
