Beloved, Beyond being a graduate, develop yourself personally.

I've encountered many graduates who can't express themselves.

There are 1st class graduates who know nothing about how the real life works.

I've worked with graduates who lacked basic life and work skills.

Being a graduate is not enough.

To your academic qualifications, please add personal development.

There are so many things that they don't teach in the university.

They don't teach you self confidence.

They don't teach you financial intelligence.

They don't teach you elegance and sophistication.

They don't teach you how to speak up for yourself.

They don't teach you basic life skills that will help you go through a rough world.

They don't really teach you how to make your own money, rather they teach you how to work and serve and recieve money.

It's even beyond having a skill.

Yes you can have a skill as a graduate, yet you don't know what to do with it.

You can have a skill, yet you're too shy to utilise it.

Personal development makes you street smart.

Personal development makes you know your worth.

Personal development makes you know when you need to walk away.

Personal development makes you know when you're being used.

Attend events, attend conferences. Read good books, watch reasonable movies.

Hang out with people who have experience in life who might not necessarily be graduates.

Gather lots of experiences.

Discover yourself as an individual.

Attend extra curricular activities, trainings online and offline.

That way you develop capacity beyond just grades.

Grades don't define a man. One can pass in the university and fail in life.
