The expression "Live in peace with one another" occurs with "and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work". There is a form of schism in the Church you are causing when you do not regard and place a high value in love on those whom God has chosen as shepherds over you. I am talking about the under-shepherds of God, not the eccelesiastical lords and hirelings. 1 Thess. 5: 13.
