"We urge you, brethren". Quite a lot of us modern preachers are guilty of what I call "spiritual harassment/abuse". How? We don't really see those whom God has placed under us as "brethren". We view them as servants to be used to further our ministry egos, to serve our own selfish interests and to be exploited in diverse ways.
