THE HIGH COST OF A FEW MINUTES OF PLEASURE
Why Sexual Discipline Is a Must for Every Man
Some men have destroyed their entire future for just a few minutes in bed.
Some have lost their money, health, focus, and even their lives—just because they couldn’t control their urges.
Lust is expensive—but many don’t realize the price until it’s too late.
If you think a little “fun” can’t ruin you, let me remind you:
Samson lost his strength to Delilah.
David risked his kingdom for Bathsheba.
Many great men have been reduced to nothing—all because of a few minutes of pleasure.
Oga, wake up before you become the next victim.
WHAT SEXUAL INDULGENCE WILL COST YOU
1. YOUR MONEY
Sex is not cheap—especially in today’s world.
One "babe" says, “I need urgent 2K.” You send it.
Another one says, “I need my hair done.” You pay.
Another one says, “My rent is due.” You cover it.
Before you know it, your bank account is dry—but guess what? The same women will leave you for the next man with more money.
Ask yourself:
How many successful men waste money on women before building themselves?
How many rich men spend recklessly on pleasure without making sure their empire is secured?
If money is power, why would you drain yourself just to impress someone who will forget you tomorrow?
Solution: Secure your finances before you secure a woman.
2. YOUR HEALTH
Casual sex comes with consequences.
STDs don’t care if you were just “having fun.”
Unwanted pregnancies don’t care if you were “not ready.”
Stress, anxiety, and emotional drama come as part of the package.
Many men have ruined their health chasing after pleasure.
From infections to lifelong regrets, the body always pays the price.
Solution: Control your body before it destroys you.
3. YOUR FOCUS & DISCIPLINE
Every time you chase pleasure, you waste:
Time you could use to build yourself.
Energy you could use to achieve success.
Discipline that makes you strong as a man.
Oga, the men at the top didn’t get there by chasing women all day.
They built themselves first—then women came as a result.
But many of you?
You are busy DMing women instead of learning skills.
You are on dating apps instead of reading books.
You are watching porn instead of working on your goals.
And then you wonder why life is hard.
Solution: Master your discipline, and success will follow.
4. YOUR REPUTATION
Men don’t respect weak men.
And nothing weakens a man more than being controlled by lust.
If you’re chasing every woman in town, people talk.
If you’re sleeping around recklessly, people notice.
If you’re addicted to sex and pleasure, people lose respect for you.
You may think nobody knows—but the streets are always watching.
And when real opportunities come, your bad reputation will close doors in your face.
Solution: Build a name that commands respect, not mockery.
5. YOUR DESTINY
History is full of men who had great potential but lost everything to women, sex, and pleasure.
Politicians destroyed by scandals.
Businessmen ruined by side chicks.
Athletes and celebrities who lost their wealth because they couldn’t control themselves.
For what? A few minutes of pleasure?
One bad decision can cost you your entire future.
Solution: Think long-term. Don’t let short-term pleasure destroy your lifetime success.
BOTTOM LINE: DISCIPLINE OR DESTRUCTION?
Sex isn’t bad—but lack of control will destroy you.
A moment of pleasure can cost you years of regret.
An undisciplined man will always be a slave to his desires.
If you can’t control your lust, someone else will control you through it.
The greatest men in history were masters of their discipline—not slaves to their desires.
So choose wisely:
Will you be strong enough to build your future?
Or will you waste it all for a few minutes of pleasure?
The choice is yours.

CSR: GOV ENO APPLAUDS AMITEC OVER 10 WATER PROJECTS IN ORUK ANAM, 50,000 EXERCISE BOOKS
…calls on other contractors, companies to emulate same
Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno has commended Amitec Construction and Development limited for initiating a corporate Social responsibility project mainly targeted at rural development, youth empowerment and educational advancement.
The Governor made the commendations on Saturday, while inaugurating the 23km Ikot Ekaide- Ikot Okoro- Ikot Ibritam road handled by the construction giants.
“Let me thank the MD of Amitec for taking the lead in sponsoring 5 Trainees to the Dakkada skills acquisition center and donating 10 water projects to communities in Oruk Anam as well as 50,000 copies of branded exercise books to the ministry of education.
“Earlier today, I was at DASAC for the convocation of pioneer Trainees of that institution where I called on contractors to support by sponsoring trainees for the next batch. I am very happy that our brother in Amitec has taken the lead.
“This of the kind of thing we want to see. So, I am calling on other contractors to also sponsor students to the skills training institute. When they finish, you give them starter-packs to start up something on their own” Gov Eno Stressed.
He however, directed the commissioner for education to ensure that 25,000 copies of those exercise books are distributed to schools in Oruk Anam while the other 25,000 can be shared to other schools across the state.
Speaking on the road project, Pastor Eno who was also full of praises to Amitec for quality delivery, expressed satisfaction that a project inherited from his predecessor at 50 percent has been completed. He promised to complete all other economically- viable inherited projects across the state while directing that solar street lights be fixed on the whole stretch of the 23km road.
Speaking earlier, the Managing Director of Amitec, Chief Aiman Saimua who was grateful to Governor Eno for his developmental strides and passion for rural development, said the company’s donation was simply to complement the Government’s visible effort in making life better for the citizens. His speech reads in parts:
“I feel honoured to have been chosen to handle this transformative project which represents a testimony that government in Akwa Ibom State is a continuum.
“The entire stretch of this road traverses 15 villages, out of which 10 of those villages belong to the 12.5km that was handled by Amitec.
“Therefore, to complement the developmental strides of the state government, we will donate 10 water projects for the 10 villages within our section, donate 50,000 copies of branded exercise books to the education ministry and also sponsor initially, 5 persons to DASAC.CSR: GOV ENO APPLAUDS AMITEC OVER 10 WATER PROJECTS IN ORUK ANAM, 50,000 EXERCISE BOOKS …calls on other contractors, companies to emulate same Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno has commended Amitec Construction and Development limited for initiating a corporate Social responsibility project mainly targeted at rural development, youth empowerment and educational advancement. I Can’t Sell”
The Biggest Lie You’re Telling Yourself!
Many people say, “I can’t sell” or “Selling is not my thing.” But guess what? You’ve been selling all your life, you just didn’t realize it!
When you recommended a movie to a friend, you sold.
When you talked about your favorite skincare product, you sold.
When you told someone about a new restaurant, you sold.
The only difference? You didn’t get paid for it.
Now imagine getting paid every time you tell people about something valuable! That’s what digital marketing does, it rewards you for what you already do naturally.
You don’t need to be a marketing expert or have “selling skills.” All you need is:
A valuable product
The right audience
A simple strategy to connect the two

Day 22 – Comfort Zone Will Keep You Broke!
Let’s face it…
Growth and success don’t happen in your comfort zone. If you keep doing the same things, you’ll keep getting the same results.
Think about this:
If you’re scared to sell, how will you make money?
If you don’t learn new skills, how will you grow?
If you keep waiting for the "perfect time," when will it come?
The truth? Your comfort zone is keeping you stuck. Step out! Learn! Sell! Market! Take action!
The people making money online are not more special than you—they just left their comfort zone and took action.
The question is, will you?
Until I write to you again,

"I never let my schooling interfere with my education. While formal schooling provides us with essential skills and knowledge, it is our own initiative to seek out additional learning that can truly shape our future. The world is full of resources—books, online courses, seminars—that offer invaluable insights and practical skills. By embracing self-education, we empower ourselves to think critically, innovate, and create paths to success that align with our unique aspirations." — Mark Twain
