  • Fun and the benefits from riding a bike in the early morning have been never like before. It is the mood setter for the day if it is done first thing in the morning. For someone like me who wants to explore different places and happenings in that place, and don’t like to be constrained to an usual running spot like parks/roads, same gym environment, biking is the last resort to have fun and exercise at the same time. Even cycling has many benefits like taking you to a new place, meet new people, and even you can go for jogging in a different locations each day, getting a fresh breathe avoiding the usual crowded city environment, starting the day with peace of mind. I visualize it as a way to get out of my own mind race and feel grateful for what I have. Sometimes I even get more creative thoughts during cycling which doesn’t happen otherwise with the thoughts occupied mind.

  • There are stages and levels in spiritual ladder. There are stage in spirituality that always look for physical materials to hold unto for support to connect with the inner mind and we call this rituals,

while as there are other stages or levels that need no such material support. This level simply make use of fluid materials present in the mental and emotional consciousness and we call this spiritual exercise.

Meanwhile, there are other stages higher than this, the state of being, that state of achieving universal Oneness. At this stage, one is no longer perturbed at the happenings around him for he already see all from within and understands better the reason things happen. Everything becomes crystal clear to a man at this stage or level.

They know the value of powers but exercise great caution in using it unlike the man at the first level that can easily combine 2 or more materials together to demonstrate a power he scarcely understand just because he have access to the materials and the spells.

The higher you go in spirituality the minimal your quest and desire for extraordinary powers. Such things would no longer move nor interest you because you already dwell in the realm of powers. People only long for what they don't have.

Nwanne, i say unto you KEEP MOVING HIGHER. There are more things to explore above than to get too comfortable and busy with base matters.

My earnest desire is to achieve that state of universal Oneness.

  • KOGI APC'S PREMATURE CELEBRATIONS RAISE CONCERNS ABOUT JUDICIAL INTEGRITY

In a scathing opinion piece, a concerned citizen has called on the Supreme Court to remain impartial and uphold the rule of law, amid accusations of the Kogi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) prematurely celebrating the outcome of a pending governorship election appeal.

The author, writing from Lokoja, Kogi State, decries the "premature celebration in the camp of the Kogi State APC over the pending governorship election appeal instituted by the Social Democratic Party (SDP) before the Apex Court."

According to the piece, the actions of the APC supporters suggest they may have prior knowledge of the court's decision, even before the case has been heard. This, the author argues, is "incontrovertible evidence" of a compromised judicial process.

The author cites how the court rulings were published by Sahara reporter before the official release, raising serious concerns about the integrity of the judiciary. "These unholy happenings in the judiciary in the last few months call for serious concern," the piece states, "as it clearly points to compromise on the side of authorities saddled with the responsibility of upholding oath of secrecy in public service."

The author contends that the APC supporters have portrayed a "weak judicial system in the country where politicians armed with State resources and undue influence purchase justice at the expense of good governance."

Urging the Supreme Court to remain steadfast, the author writes: "We must as a nation, call on the judiciary to stay true to its rules of engagement and ensure impartial adjudication of cases especially, those that have direct bearing on the masses such as the instant case. The Supreme Court must help save the good people of Kogi from deliberate treasury looters."

In a passionate plea, the author joins the voices of "well-meaning Nigerians" in urging the Supreme Court "not to be swayed by the cunning maneuvers of the Kogi State APC and their supporters to hoodwink them into taking an unpopular decision capable of finally nailing the coffin of democracy in Nigeria."
