BEING MOTIVATED

To be motivated means you are able to act on those feelings of inspiration. Inspiration is a mood, of sorts. Motivation is a willingness to do something in the midst of that state of mind. Motivation turns values into actions, creating more positive human behaviours and contributing to positive health and life outcomes.

Motivation is what drives you towards a goal, gets up in the morning, and keeps you working through a task, determined to succeed when things get tough.

Individuals with a motivated mindset view negative circumstances as an opportunity for growth and expansion. They consider the opportunity as a jumping off point for Learning about themselves and the people around them.

Motivation refers to a process of inducing and stimulating an individual to act in certain manner.

Being able to motivate other means you need to start by motivating yourself and leading by example. Motivation is an internal process that directs and maintains behaviour. Motivation is an internal process that can cause someone to move towards a certain goal.

Self motivated individuals possess unique qualities that drive them to achieve their goals. They exhibit unwavering determination, a strong sense of initiative and an unyielding passion for success.

Their ability to stay focused, set high standards and take consistent action sets them apart.

Self motivation helps you see your daily tasks as part of your long term goals and consider how what you are doing lines up with your life purpose.

We do better work when we are self motivated, but we are also better able to cope with stress and are simply happier when we are doing what we want to be doing.

For the past 5days none of us have had up to 3hrs sleep cos it's been work all through so this morning i tried to put smiles on my people's faces by making them breakfast on-bed
