• In secondary school, we say "Obey before complain". Once a student started explanation without complying, no one would listen to you. If police stops you by the road, you will stop wether you carry anything incriminating or not. I wish Madam Nat would have relocated to the New Seat and stand up to the Senate President from her lawfully re-allocated seat. It would have been better.

It's obvious the outburst is from previously accumulated grievances but, you have to fight people from the position of law. It appeared the SP has began the silent treatment of not recognising her which may be irritating. Notwithstanding, diplomacy will solve the issue. Senator Ireti, the senator representing FCT was also complaining of not been recognised few months ago when she was fighting Wike on TV and on Media. It's not new. A leader is a leader. They are all senator but, SP is the leader. Outright disrespect and fingers pointing may not end well.

In the beginning of the red chamber career, Madam Nat was SP favourite. I envied her relationship with him by then. She was named chairman, committee on local content. She was elected as a member of ECOWAS parliament. She was always accompanying SP and his Deputy on foreign trips. You can hardly see Madam pictures by then without SP. A lot must have happened that break their relationship and got aggravated by night club comments.

I will prefer a smooth relationship between her and SP than confrontation. A smooth relationship will help her and her Constituency than confrontation. She has bill to sponsor and she will need the cooperation of the leadership. Democracy is not an easy feat anywhere.

Some people says "That's Ebira blood". Well, as lovely as it may sound, I don't think it will benefit us. If I see Madam, I will tell her face to face to relax a bit. You can tame a lion to be your friend and it's not by fight. She should use her feminine attitude to get SP in her bag. A calm voice solve a thousand grievances before a raging voice will solve one

Courtesy DS Ømêizá for this wonderful write up & compliment of the season, me I decided to keep mute over this matter before some folks tag me I don't like her before but this is simple truth

  • The Lagos position as regional financial hub is acknowledged globally especially since ‘despite the relocation of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s [CBN] Headquarters to Abuja, Tinubu Square [Lagos Island Central Business District] still holds so much potential. As a further demonstration of this, Lagos State, as the gateway to Nigeria’s and ECOWAS economy, houses the headquarters/regional offices of national financial and professional regulatory authorities.
