You may be facing something you don’t understand, that’s not fair. You know God promised you something better, but things haven’t turned out the way you thought. It looks like God didn’t keep His word. Can I encourage you: beauty is still coming. God is working behind the scenes. This is a test. This is when you have to prove to God that you’re not going to get discouraged, give up, get bitter. What if you knew it had to happen amd you couldn’t reach your destiny without the ugly times. We love the beautiful, the comfortable, the good breaks. Those seasons are great, but don’t be surprised when something ugly shows up. Without that, you won’t grow and stretch and see the greater things God has for you.

God doesn’t find fault. That’s taught me not to judge other people. If we walked in their shoes, if we had their same experiences, we don’t know what kind of decisions we would make. Since God stooped down for you, why don’t you stoop down for someone else? You’re never more like God than when you’re helping the hurting, restoring the broken, lifting the fallen. There’s enough judgment in the world; there’s enough criticism and faultfinding. Let’s be lifters. Let’s be encouragers. Let’s help someone else experience the God who stoops.

Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage, you can't practice any other virtue consistently.
