10 Kinds Of Men You Should Never Bring To Your Father For Marriage:

If you're a smart and wise lady, there are various kinds of men you should never introduce to your family. The introduction can wait, if the man exhibits any or all of these traits!

1. Don't introduce a stranger. Don't bring someone you don't know very well, simply because you're under pressure to marry.
Never marry a stranger!

2. Never introduce a man you don't know what he does for a living. If he is spending money but he's not working, report him to the Anambra State government .

3. Never introduce a man that beats you.
You should end the relationship, and not try to take it to another level. What you tolerate while dating, will amplify in marriage.

4. Don't introduce a man that attacks / violates your core values as a lady. A man who doesn't respect your boundaries shouldn't have the privilege of meeting your father.

5. Don't introduce a man that sleeps with your friends. He may sleep with your own sister one day. Don't bring a serial womanizer home, no matter how romantic he is.

6. Don't introduce a jobless and lazy man.
A lazy man is a man who has no plans, goals, vision and who is not motivated in life.

7. Never introduce a man that his family and friends are forcing to marry you. If he's not excited about marrying you, don't introduce him to your father.

8. Don't introduce a man that is only attracted to your physical qualities, for example, your shape.
His love for you is superficial, it may not stand the test of time.

9. Never introduce a man who has no regard for your faith, tribe, and culture. Marriage is both spiritual and cultural.

10. Never introduce a man that hates his father.
If he hates his father for no reason, you shouldn't bring him home to meet your father/family.

Disregard Falsehoods Being Peddled by Tigran Gambaryan against Nigerian Government Officials – FG



The Federal Government of Nigeria notes with concern the outrageous allegations, misinformation, and defamatory statements being disseminated by Tigran Gambaryan, an American personnel of Binance who was recently tried in Nigeria for financial crimes.



While the Federal Government of Nigeria is reluctant to engage Mr. Gambaryan, due to the high-level diplomatic intervention that resolved his case, we are compelled to set the record straight to prevent his falsehoods from gaining traction.



The first visit of Mr. Gambaryan and his colleagues to Nigeria was at their own discretion, and the Government was not officially involved. However, when the Government's attention was drawn to an alleged bribery demand during that trip, an investigation was immediately launched, despite there being no formal complaint from anyone.



Mr. Gambaryan's second visit to Nigeria was part of a wider probe into the criminal manipulation of the Nigerian currency through peer-to-peer platforms like Binance, but investigators were frustrated by the tactics deployed by Gambaryan and his team.



Mr. Gambaryan was released by the Nigerian government in October 2024 on humanitarian grounds and following a high-level diplomatic intervention that ended with tangible benefits for Nigeria. The government rejected Binance's offer of a $5 million down payment in exchange for Mr. Gambaryan's freedom, in favour of a more beneficial settlement with the American government.



We categorically deny the retaliatory claims made by Mr. Gambaryan against Nigerian officials involved in his case, and we urge the public to disregard these false accusations in their entirety.



It is essential to note that Mr. Gambaryan's allegations are not only unsubstantiated but also lack credibility, given his apparent motive to discredit and intimidate those who ensured he faced justice.



However, we are confident that both the Nigerian and American judicial systems will provide Mr. Gambaryan with a fair opportunity to substantiate his claims in court. Until then, we advise the public to exercise caution and not be swayed by Mr. Gambaryan's unfounded and malicious claims.

GOV ENO PROVIDES OPERATIONAL VEHICLES FOR LEGISLATORS, JUDGES

... to flag - off Judges Quarters March

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has provided operational vehicles for members of the State House of Assembly, as well as Judges in the State to enhance their services to Akwa Ibom people.

Presenting the vehicles, the Governor who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah, said the back up vehicles for law makers were basically to enhance mobility for their support staff and security.

He commended the legislators and the judges for their commitment to serving the State in their respective capacities and assured of continuous robust collaboration among the arms of government.

While the 26 legislators got Utility Vehicles to back up their SUVs, the Judges got SUVs.

In furtherance of his welfare package for judges in the State, the Governor will next month flag-off construction of the Judges Quarters, to provide a full accommodation of about 40 housing units for judges in the State.

The State had acquired a new estate for judges with plans to provide them with a convenient place of living, and other amenities, to enable them deliver justice and efficiently perform their constitutional duties as the last hope of the common man.

Responding on behalf of the State Assembly members, the House Leader, Hon Sunday Johnny appreciated the Governor for extending his benevolence to members of the State House of Assembly, and assured that they will continue to play their part to ensure healthy collaboration among the three arms of government.

Also responding, the acting Chief Registrar of Akwa Ibom State Judiciary, Affiong Usimkah Esq, who recieved the vehicles on behalf of the judges, appreciated the Governor over the gesture and assured that the judiciary will continue to play its part to maintain peace in the State.

Abridged Profile – Rt. Hon. Iniobong Edward Ekong

Rt. Hon. Iniobong Edward Ekong, born on September 12, 1966, hails from Ikot Akpafuk-Ndiya in Nsit Ubium LGA, Akwa Ibom State. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from the Nigerian Defence Academy, an M.A. in History & International Relations, and a Master's in Peace & Conflict Resolution from the University of Uyo, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D.

A distinguished professional, Ekong has served in various military and security roles, including positions in the Nigerian Army and international peacekeeping missions. His public service career includes being Chairman of Nsit Ubium LGA, Special Assistant and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Security and Special Services (2008-2022), and Commissioner for Lands and Water Resources (2022-2023).

His contributions have earned him several awards, including the Silver Jubilee Medal of Nigeria, Liberty Medal (Liberia), and Akwa Ibom Icon Award for Local Government Administration.
