The people suffering the most in Ebonyi State currently are those destitutes from Ezza-Effium. They are the ones highly engaged in street hawking in the state capital currently, they are scattered all over the corners of the state capital doing odds jobs for survival, most of them are the ones engaged in street begging too. If you sample the population of the children into hawking in Ebonyi capital, you will find out that 70 percent of them are those destitutes from Ezza-Effium. The remaining 30 percent will be shared amongst the remaining communities in Ebonyi at large. I'm very sure of this analysis, I have taken time to research on this and have been able to come up with this finding. I'm saying it to attract the government's attention to this menace, the Governor of Ebonyi State should please look into this problem, since the initially enrolled hawker's funds were diverted by privileged few.
