The Kano Police Command on Tuesday arrested a Nigerien national believed to be the one sewing the Russian flags raised by protesters in the state.

Also, the police have arrested 76 persons in connection with 25 Russian flags recently being displayed by protesters in various parts of the metropolitan city of Kano.
