RIGHT: PDP NEC Approved 2022 Electoral Guidelines that wad used to procure authentic Judgement at Federal High Court on January 9, 2024, and relied on by INEC in favor of Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu, the incumbent National Secretary. This authentic Guidelines is dated and carries the signature of the then National Chairman, Senator Iyochia Ayu, and the National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu.
