Constipation
It occurs when you have difficulty in stooling or pooping, it could be pooing Less than you normally do In a week, hardness of the Stool which makes you press so hard before pooing
When you feel pains around your tommy and abdomen or you have bloated and gassy stomach, sometimes while pushing to poo some patches of blood are seen on the feces or poo
All these are signs of constipation....
What can I do when I feel have constipation?
* Eat enough fibers... Foods high in fiber include: fruits and vegetables ( citrus , watermelon, carrots, cucumbers, garden eggs, ugu, green cabbage, lettuce etc)
* Drink enough fluids.... Water at least 8 - 12 glasses daily, smoothies, fresh fruit juices, tea and milk they aid to soften the digestion process.
* Engage in physical exercises
Exercise for 20-30 minutes daily...
All these will help to eliminate or prevent constipation....
