Explained: The bible makes us to understand that fasting is the platform to loose the bands of wickedness and for you to undo heavy burdens it is only through fasting and does that are oppressed for you to make them go free it is only through fasting and even when you want break does yokes that has been on you , it is through fasting and prayers.

Verse 8 makes us to understand that after you have fasted the glory of the lord will Fall on you and your health shall spring forth speedily and it is only through fasting that your righteousness will go before you.

Verse 9 makes us to understand that when you fast and pray God must answer you definitely .

Verse 10 said because you have starv your soul to be hungry God will release his light on you forever .

Verse 11 said because you have fasted and pray he will guide and protect you at all times in life , and he will make your bones to be fat.

So fasting and prayers is a platform we use to gain command over the issues of life.
