Breaking News Donald Trump and Elon musk have officially shut down USAID . They believe that African and other country leaders take billions and end up not even helping those that needed the money . They use it for themselves. USAID offers assistance to countries recovering from disaster, trying to escape poverty, and engaging in democratic reforms but it is stopping cus those countries don’t really make use of that money . What are my trying to say: This is true , African leaders take billions but how do they even make their countries better ? 💔
