No matter how good and kind you are,
there are people who won’t be pleased with you.
No matter how hard you work,
there are people who would still pull you down.
These are the things you have no control over.
And so you have to let it go and trust that it is God who will do the fighting for you.
“The Lord doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7)
