This is the season to be still. Don't over share, sometimes it's best to keep things between you & God for a while. The Bible says: "The wise don't tell everything they know, but the foolish talk too much and are ruined." (Proverbs 10:14) Don't post everything. When they ask about you politely say, "all is well, thanks for asking". Stop telling everyone what is bothering you or what you are struggling with, talk to God about it first.
