For exclusive interview wit Channels Television, Obasanjo tok say NNPCL bin know say dem no get di capacity to manage di national refineries yet dem reject di offer wey Dangote bring.
“Aliko bring one team togeda and dem bin pay $750 million to take part for di Public Private Partnership (PPP) to run di refineries.
“My successor return dia money and I bin tell my successor wetin happun. Im tok say NNPCL say dem bin want di refineries and dem fit run am, I kon tok say, but you know say dem no go fit run am,” Obasanjo tok.
