In January 2017, I moved to Abuja from Port Harcourt for a fresh start.
My long time friend came in 2018, his wife came this year.
My elder sister came in 2019
My younger brother came in 2019
My wife came in 2020
My childhood friend came in 2021, his long time girlfriend and currently wife came in 2022
Another of my guy came in 2022
My brother in law came in 2023, his wife joined him this year.
Two of my cousins came in 2023.
Everybody is doing exceedingly well for themselves.
The point of this post is that if I had not made that decision to move, I don’t think any of them would be here.
It’s not like I gave them money or set them up with jobs but my success was an inspiration for them to follow and come pursue their own dreams of course with the little support I can offer.
Know this today. Some people’s destinies are tied to yours. It doesn’t mean that you will be the one to uplift them or help them, it just means that some decisions you take will reflect on the decisions they also take for themselves and trust me, you will be remotely responsible for their success.
You have to live your life with the knowledge that some people will be rich because of you and na you dey delay them with your decision making.
You are very important in the grand scheme of things.
