Is this thing truly GINGER
I bought this fat ginger from the market.
I was happy saying that at least I got it at a cheaper rate.
The first day I used it to parboil meat, the meat was tasting bitter and I was confused.
So another day, that I wanted to use it again, I decided to cut small pieces of the ginger and chew. On putting it in my mouth behold it's bitter ginger and no hottness. No effect of ginger at all. I shouted ewoooo
Let me ask my people here: is this another specie of ginger or what.
And I bought it in a big quantity bcos the seller sold it cheaper. Next time CHINONYE avoid ihe cheapoooo. O dikwa risky
