Former Libyan midfielder who plays for Besiktas FC has accused Super Eagles players of using their fame to draw the attention of the European media. He claims they reported and circulated unverified news all over social media about the Nigeria Super Eagles team being kept hostage in Libya airport.

Moatasem Al-Musrati announced his retirement from the Libya national team last month, citing the many administrative problems surrounding the Libyan national team that neg@tively affected the team.
