My friend, get some perspective. You just had a bad 5 minutes. That does not mean you have a bad day or life. Get a grip on yourself and move on to the next chapter of your day. You have 1440 minutes in a day. Don't define them by what occurred in 5, 10, or even 30 minutes out of 1440 minutes. "This is the day the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it."-Psalm 118:24.
