Its not difficult to notice or realize that when you lack business or something that keeps you busy, your mind welcomes all kinds of silly and negative thoughts. It's easy for the mind to wander when there's no objective to focus on, and when the heart is made to dwell much on things negative, such thoughts tend to get incubated and in the end, hatch unfavourable events.
