Tell people what they need to know, not what they want to know. Humans are, by nature, curious beings. They will want to know more than what they are entitled to know. Bearing this in mind, you must understand that you owe everyone you meet respect. But you don't owe them friendship or intimacy. Keep a sealed lip if they start asking questions that only a friend and confidante should know the answer to. People can misquote many things. But even satan cannot misquote silence.
