Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related field
• Proven experience in a hotel supervisory or similar hospitality role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quick thinker with the ability to handle stress and resolve guest/staff issues calmly
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with empathy
• Preferably a female

Location: Tv Road

Salary: 70k
