At every point in time, we all desire people who can cheer us up, motivate us, and lift us higher.

But as much as we crave this, we must remember the universal principle what goes around comes around. Simply put, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

If I want someone to push me forward but I'm not willing to push anyone else, then I’m only deceiving myself. Life operates on a cycle of give and take. What you give out is what will be returned to you.

Take a moment to reflect, how many people have I cheered up? How many have I motivated? How many have I encouraged or helped to grow?

It’s the law of attraction, whatever energy you put out will find its way back to you. The encouragement, motivation, and support you long for must first be given by you.

So, ask yourself: Who am I motivating?
Do I truly offer value to others?
