I gave our Pure Water Factory staff half a bag of Rice each. On top of that, I paid them a few K's extra on top of their Salaries. I did this personally from my pockets. I also have a Rice business and I paid them from this. Our staff are paid way above the minimum wage.
They were delighted. Our staff deserves to live a better life. I am learning from my mother. Nobody works for my mother, and will suffer. My mother will never allow it to happen. Ask anyone who knows my mother.
Since May this year, when we started operation in the factory, we have struggled, but we are progressing steadily.
Watch out; we will open another company in 2025. My goal is to contribute to the development of the Nigerian labour market.
God alone will make it happen.
