Don't bullshit with someone's feelings. If you no longer care for them, tell them. Don't run around behind their back. Don't act like everything's okay when it's not. That mentally messes someone up. Be real. They're worth the truth.

Life is short. Don’t use your energy to be envious, petty, resentful, or to hold grudges— save yourself. If you didn’t get an apology you deserved, let it be. If they weren’t fair to you, let it be. If they mistreated you, it’s on them. Use your energy to be light to others, to be good to others. Continue being the softhearted person you’ve always been. The universe has a way of making things work out for you. Have some faith, believe.

Don't just do things because everybody else does. Do the things that will have a positive impact on your life.

It's easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing. We often follow trends and make choices based on what seems popular or expected. But does all that really matter to you? What are the things that genuinely make you happy? What are the goals that align with your true self? It's not always easy to go against the grain, but living with intention can lead to a deeper sense of satisfaction.
