PLANT BASED ORGANIC PROTEASE ENZYME FOR BROILER CHICKENS.
MATERIALS:
1.200g of Papaya fruits (rich in papain, a proteolytic enzyme)
2.200g Pineapple peels (rich in bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme)
3. 200g of Banana/plantain peels (rich in potassium, vitamins, and minerals)
4. 300g of Wheat bran (substrate for fermentation)
5. 50g of turmeric (antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory effect)
6. 100ml of molasses
7. 700ml of Water
8. A clean glass container or jar with a lid
9. Cheesecloth or a coffee filter
PREPARATION
1. Collect and wash papaya fruits, pineapple peels, and banana peels and tumeric.
2. Chop them into small pieces.
3. Put them into the 700ml of water and add 100ml of molasses and stair it together.
4. Transfer the mixture to a clean glass container or jar.
5. Cover with cheesecloth or a coffee filter, securing with a rubber band or you should just cover the mixture that there will not be any passage of air for 14days for fermentation to occur.
6. Place in a warm, dark area for 14 days.
7. Stir the mixture once in a day to ensure even fermentation.
8. After 14 days, put all the mixture in the blender and blend it carefully.
9. After blending, sieve it through a filter and collect the liquid and discard the solids.
10. Now your plant based organic protease enzyme is ready to support the health and growth of your Broiler chicken.
DOSAGE: 10ml in 1 litre of drinking water.
