Tips on how to make a perfect egg roll

Don't wrap the egg at once... They can be wrap when you are ready to fry

Egg roll should be fry on medium heat, so that the dough can be cooked evenly

Egg roll should be fry in deep pot and deep oil

Your dough shouldn't be too soft or thick... The water should be on a minimum level

Make sure your oil is hot before putting inside the oil, to avoid been soggy

Also avoid crowding the pot, so that the egg roll can easily move around.
