For di same meeting, NJC recommend make dem force di Chief Judge of Imo State, Justice Chukwuemeka Chikeka, and Grand Kadi of Yobe State, Kadi Babagana Mahdi, to retire because dem falsify dia age.
Meanwhile, di council don clear Justice Peter Lifu, say im no do anything bad for di Rivers State case. NJC tok say di bribery allegation against am no get evidence.
Di council say dem no go tolerate any misconduct for di judiciary.
