  • “Doctor of the Future” is a Cliche (I doubt if most of you who are engaged in the dragging drama know what a cliche is🤦🏻‍♀️) Anyway, it is a Cliche just as “An apple a day keeps the Doctor away..” is also a Cliche.

Now, that some one who studied Nutrition (A medically related field of study) decided to use the name “Doctor of the Future” as his social media account name, does NOT make him/her a FAKE person or a 419. Whoever is behind that account Doctor Of The Future is doing a very good job with the teaching he/she post, because the target is that his/her teachings will help his/her committed audience become their own doctor in future…That’s the goal.

Funnily enough, I just started following the page this night after I read so much negative stuff from those dragging him/her. Out of sheer curiosity, I decided to check out his page and I must confess it’s a Brilliant Page… I just clicked on the Follow button.

All I see from the unnecessary arguments about the Qualification/certification of the person behind that brilliant page are ignorant and myopic people who can’t think outside the box so they are trying to make RUBBISH of someone’s brainchild and passion to help other people live a healthy lifestyle through their diet and nutrition. Too Bad🤦🏻‍♀️
May God forgive all of you, cleanse you all from your bitterness and give you sense to think deeply before exhibiting your ignorance and myopia in public…. Amen.
    I come in PEACE ooo
    Good Night Peeps

  • There was a young couple, let's call them Micheal and Evelyn.

They had been dreaming of starting a family for years, and when Evelyn finally became pregnant, they were overjoyed.

However, their joy was soon tempered by a medical condition called Rh incompatibility.

The wife named Evelyn was rhesus negative while the husband named Michael was rhesus positive.

Evelyn, who had Rh-negative blood, learned that her baby had inherited Rh-positive blood from Michael.

This meant that if Evelyn's blood mixed with her baby's blood during pregnancy or delivery, her immune system might react by producing antibodies against the Rh-positive cells which could lead to serious complications, including miscarriage,

As Evelyn's pregnancy progressed, she learned that these antibodies could potentially cross the placenta and attack her baby's red blood cells, leading to a condition called hemolytic disease.

In severe cases, this could cause anemia, jaundice, or even fetal death.

Evelyn and Michael were devastated by this news, especially when they learned that if Evelyn had experienced a miscarriage in the past, her body might have already started producing these antibodies.

The thought of losing another baby was almost too much to bear.

However, their doctor reassured them that with proper medical care, they could manage the risks of Rh incompatibility.

Evelyn would need to receive regular injections of a medication called RhoGAM, which would help prevent her body from producing harmful antibodies.

As Evelyn and Michael navigated this challenging time, they found solace in the support of their loved ones.

Some believed that the miscarriage was a spiritual matter, but Evelyn and Michael chose to focus on the medical aspects of their situation.

They knew that with love, hope, and the right medical interventions, they could overcome this obstacle and welcome a healthy baby into their lives.

    News flash.

Evelyn's pregnancy progressed without incident, and she gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl.

As they held their daughter in their arms, Evelyn and Michael knew that their journey had been a difficult one, but that the love they shared had carried them through.

    Rhesus incompatibility is real.

If you are Rh-negative, it's important to discuss your blood type with your healthcare provider as early as possible in your pregnancy journey.

They can help monitor your situation and provide treatments, like the RhoGAM injection, which can protect your baby and reduce the risk of complications.

I encourage all couples to prepare for pregnancy with as much information as possible.

We live in a different world today, and understanding this is key.

  • If you're dealing with gastritis or ulcers, consider making some significant changes to your diet.

Some of you believe medications is the answer to all health conditions.

Working on your diet alone goes a long way.

Begin by skipping breakfast and focus on having just two meals a day, ideally between 2 PM and 7 PM.

Incorporate foods like meat, eggs, and sauerkraut into your meals while avoiding wheat and maize flour.

Starting your day with apple cider vinegar can also be beneficial.

You should eliminate sugar, fruits, sodas, and milk from your diet, as well as avoiding seed oils and margarine.

I want you to always remember that adapting your eating habits is important for your well-being.

It's better you embrace the change or risk feeling worse.

I am rooting for you all.

  • She cannot cook
She does not have a job or business
    She is high-maintenance
    She is entitled
She comes from a low-income family
And most important of all, she is not a virgin

Yet, you want to pay an astronomical bride price for her? For what? For something that one person got for free or cheaply in a bush many years ago? If Nigerian and sub Saharan Black African men think with their brains rather than the appendage between their legs, our society will correct itself in a few years.

Let's return to our core traditional values. If she is not a virgin, her family has no business demanding bride price. And if you, as a man have no job, business, or income source, you don't deserve to marry or have intercourse. Though short and simple, these rules will curb population explosion, address corruption, and reduce crime
