Minding your own business involves letting people tell their story by themselves, whenever they are ready.
If someone gets engaged in private, and you happen to be there, don't rush to share the news on social media before they do.
Let them share their story to the world whenever they are ready.
It's their engagement, not yours.
You only know about it, because they consider you a friend or family. They could have done it without involving you. Don't destroy that trust.
If your friend has a new baby, don't be the first to post their baby's picture online.
They may not want the world to know about it yet.
I know you're happy for them, but it's not your story to tell.
Respect your friends or family by letting them announce their good news first.
If your friend is building a house or buys a new car, don't rush to Facebook with a congratulatory post, if they haven't shared the news first.
If you don't know how they will feel, why not ask for their permission before making a post about something they haven't shared yet.
If someone d!es, and you're not a member of the person's immediate family, please don't be the first to post the deceased picture online with the caption: RIP.
I know you feel their pain and you want to stand with them in their moment of loss and grief, but you can do that without posting it online before the family decides to.
Stop using privileged information about people to gain likes and attract sympathy online.
Your friends may not have told you, but they were not actually happy you shared their story first, before they made up their minds to do so.
We all know, in most cases, you're not even concerned about the person whose story you're telling first, you just love the traffic the news will cause, and for the world to think that you're very close to the person.
Stop breaking people's news before they do!
It's their story, let them be the first to share it.
That creates a deep sense of satisfaction and happiness, if it's a good news.
Mind your own business!
Stop being a busybody in other people's matters,
(1 Peter 4:15).
That's respecting boundaries and being emotionally intelligent.
Enjoy your day......Minding your own business involves letting people tell their story by themselves, whenever they are ready. 3 GROUP OF PEOPLE YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND AS A LEADER
1. The Bull Runner.
These are people who resist correction and thrive on confrontation. Even when you try to help or guide them, they often fight back. They are usually self-centered and unwilling to grow.
Traits of Bull Runners:
- They complain and argue frequently.
- They focus on themselves, often ignoring others' needs.
- They may be strong and creative but lack the social skills to work well with others.
Skill without character is meaningless. While their strength can be useful, their resistance to growth often limits their potential. Learn to set boundaries with such individuals.
2. The Horse Runner.
Horse Runners are dependable, effective, and loyal. They are always ready to support and sacrifice for you, even though they may not appear physically strong. They are rare and highly valuable.
Traits of Horse Runners:
- They are simple yet highly reliable.
- They thrive on trust and consistency.
- Their humility and service may make them easy to overlook.
Be careful not to take these people for granted. Like horses in a city filled with vehicles, they stand out for their reliability and uniqueness. Nurture their loyalty and value their contributions.
3. The Sheep Runner.
These are people who are passionate about growth but lack direction. They are highly flexible and willing to learn, but they need guidance and mentorship to thrive.
Traits of Sheep Runners:
- They are submissive and eager to grow.
- They need strong leadership to develop their potential.
- They are quick to follow but require clarity and encouragement.
Don’t exploit their submission. Instead, invest in their development, nurture their courage, and provide mentorship. With your guidance, they can achieve remarkable growth.
Key Takeaway!
Each group has its strengths and weaknesses. A wise leader understands how to handle all three:
- Guide the bull without being drawn into their fights.
- Appreciate the horse without taking them for granted.
- Mentor the sheep to help them find their path.

"The Strength in Our Scars" by Bianca Sparacino is a poignant collection of reflections, poetry, and insights that explores themes of healing, resilience, and personal growth. Through her evocative writing, Sparacino addresses the struggles of emotional pain, the journey toward self-acceptance, and the importance of embracing one's scars—both physical and emotional. Here are ten key lessons and insights from the book:
1. Embracing Vulnerability: Sparacino emphasizes the importance of vulnerability as a strength rather than a weakness. She encourages readers to open up about their feelings and experiences, understanding that vulnerability fosters connection and authenticity. Embracing one’s scars allows for deeper self-acceptance and fosters genuine relationships with others.
2. The Journey of Healing: The book highlights that healing is not linear. Sparacino acknowledges that the path to recovery can be filled with ups and downs, and that setbacks are a natural part of the process. This insight serves to normalize the struggles individuals face while healing and encourages patience and self-compassion.
3. Finding Strength in Struggles: A central theme of the book is that strength often emerges from struggle. Sparacino shares her own experiences and those of others to illustrate how adversity can lead to personal growth and resilience. By acknowledging and confronting pain, individuals can uncover their inner strength and learn valuable lessons.
4. The Power of Self-Compassion: Sparacino advocates for self-compassion as an essential component of healing. She encourages readers to treat themselves with kindness and understanding, especially during difficult times. Practicing self-compassion helps individuals overcome self-criticism and promotes a healthier relationship with themselves.
5. The Importance of Self-Reflection: The book underscores the value of self-reflection in the healing process. Sparacino encourages readers to take time to introspect, understand their emotions, and identify patterns in their behavior. Through self-reflection, individuals can gain clarity and make empowered choices moving forward.
6. Reclaiming Identity: Sparacino addresses the journey of reclaiming one's identity after experiencing trauma or hardship. She emphasizes that scars, whether emotional or physical, do not define a person’s worth. Instead, they are a testament to survival and growth, serving as reminders of resilience and strength.
7. The Role of Community: The author highlights the importance of community and connection in the healing journey. Sparacino emphasizes that reaching out for support and sharing experiences with others can provide comfort and validation. Building a supportive network helps individuals feel less alone in their struggles.
8. Letting Go of the Past: Sparacino encourages readers to let go of past hurts and grievances. By releasing the weight of negative experiences, individuals can create space for healing and growth. This insight promotes the idea that forgiveness, both of oneself and others, is essential for moving forward.
9. Celebrating Progress: The book emphasizes the importance of celebrating progress, no matter how small. Sparacino encourages readers to acknowledge their achievements along the healing journey and to recognize the strength it takes to confront challenges. Celebrating progress fosters motivation and a positive mindset.
10. Embracing Imperfection: Finally, Sparacino promotes the idea of embracing imperfection as a natural part of life. She encourages readers to accept that everyone has flaws and scars, and that these imperfections contribute to personal uniqueness. By embracing imperfection, individuals can cultivate self-love and appreciation for their journey.

SOME MISTAKES TO AVOID IN A RELATIONSHIP
1) HAVING NO EXPECTATIONS
Know what you want from a relationship, you can't afford to marry just anyone.
How would you know if you're marrying the wrong person or the right person if you have no expectations?
But be realistic with your expectations (that's the balance)
2) SETTING NO BOUNDARIES
The person you are with should know there are boundaries not to cross.
They should know it's not okay for them to hit you for example, or talk down on you.
Remember, anything you ACCEPT in courtship, you should be ready to ACCOMODATE in Marriage.
Know when to walk away to avoid "Admin, hide my identity" tomorrow
3) PRETENSE
You have strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, a not so perfect family or past, . You're Human, it's allowed.
To pretend to be a Person without any weaknesses is you wanting to display strengths you DO NOT have. You can't do this forever.
To lie about your past, or personality (dislikes and likes) just to please your partner is a big mistake, remember, it's difficult keeping up with lies and falsehood.
If you're not happy, talk..
If you don't have, let him/her know.
Don't start what you can not finish
4) SEX.
Sex complicates issues
It can create a mess out of things overnight and makes ending an unhealthy relationship difficult
Sex exposes you to dangers like unwanted pregnancy, becoming a single parent, paternity fraud, blackmail, infection, guilt, fear, shame, abortion, etc
Ladies especially lose the most once sex is involved in a Relationship.
Don't do the do till you say I DO
.
.
.
If others could, you too can avoid these mistakes,

A high-value woman is not defined by her appearance, her style, or her level of education.
She is distinguished by her personal boundaries.
Recognize her by her strength in saying “no,” and her ability to walk away from any place or relationship where she is not valued for who she truly is.
A woman worthy of admiration does not beg for appreciation. She commands it through her actions, because she is confident and holds herself in high regard.
You won’t find in her life people who joke with poor manners or belittle her. She doesn’t tolerate negativity and removes toxic individuals from her circle without hesitation.
Her life is one of quality—defined by respect and integrity, not wealth. She lives by standards that reflect her true worth.
A high-value woman does not justify staying in a toxic or unfulfilling relationship due to emotions, needs, or a “need for support.”
She does not need brands, titles, a husband, or certifications to prove her value. She knows and feels her worth so deeply that it requires no validation from others.
She will walk away from anything that threatens to poison her soul, just as she would from anything harmful to her body.
A high-value woman believes in her worth and maintains the purity of her essence, never compromising or negotiating it.
She knows that no matter what beautiful additions life brings her, her pure essence remains the most valuable, profound, and beautiful part of who she is.
Be a High valued woman.

When you hurt genuinely kind-hearted individuals, they won't react impulsively or dramatically. Instead, they'll quietly bear the pain, maintaining their warmth and compassion. However, beneath the surface, a subtle shift occurs. They'll begin to create distance, not out of anger, but as a gentle acceptance of the changed dynamic.
Over time, they'll establish boundaries, slowly walking away without fanfare or recrimination. These individuals, who once valued and trusted you deeply, will quietly protect their emotional well-being. Though they won't lose their inherent kindness, their perception of you will forever change.
Remember, losing the trust and affection of a kind-hearted person is irreparable. Treasure them while you can, for once they're gone, they're truly gone.

This is a reminder to let you know that you are not here just to do stuff, just to perform duties and complete tasks.
You are here also to feel happy, and content, and inspired and well within yourself.
You are here to have some fun, create meaningful moments and find the sparkle in your eyes again.
You are here to unravel the magic of being alive, the magic of being you. To heal, to feel whole again.
Do something today that lights you up. That activates your joy. That brings about a genuine smile from your heart.
